A Pilates reformer with tower adds a push-through bar, a roll-down bar, arm springs, leg springs, and a vertical spring post to the head end of the reformer. That brings standing spring work, push-through and roll-down patterns, and much of the Cadillac-style repertoire onto the reformer frame. Tower Reformer vs Cadillac
