• Upon Delivery:

  • Inspect your order for any shipping damage to the outer box/skid.
  • Note any damage on the carrier's waybill before signing for receipt.

• If Someone Else Signs:

  • Ensure they are aware of the inspection requirement.
  • Must be over 18 years of age.

• Responsibility for Damage:

  • We are not responsible for unreported damage not noted on the waybill.

• Opening Freight:

  • Use caution, avoid box cutters to prevent damage to upholstered parts.

• Reporting Damage/Missing Items:

  • Report within 48 hours of receipt.

• Large Equipment Shipments (Canada & USA):

  • Shipped by ground, packed in a box, secured to a wooden skid.
  • Curbside delivery: liftgate service, no need to assist the driver.
  • Recommended: Two people for unpacking and moving.
  • Responsibility for unpacking, installation, and packaging disposal.

• Delivery Prices & Policies:

  • Includes one scheduled delivery attempt.
  • Redelivery fee applies if not present at appointed time.
  • Fees and policies vary by carrier.
  • Carrier schedules delivery during regular business hours.
  • Additional charges for after-hours, weekend deliveries, stairs, or difficult access.
  • Notify in advance for adjusted freight quote.
  • Storage fees for delayed or postponed delivery.

• Customization:

  • Delivery service can be customized for home delivery.
  • Shippers are not qualified to assemble equipment.

• International/Overseas Shipments:

  • Standard options: Ocean Freight to port, Air Freight to airport.

• Local Customs & Duties (Outside Canada & USA):

  • Buyer responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges.
  • Buyer must comply with laws and regulations of the destination country.

Return Policy Overview:

• Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from Elina Pilates®. For products bought through third-party distributors, resellers, or retailers, please contact them directly.

• Time Frame: Items can be returned within 30 days from the shipment date.

• Condition of Merchandise: To qualify for a return, the product must be in the same condition as received. This includes being in its original packaging, with all instructions, documentation, accessories (also in original condition), and unused.

• Proof of Purchase: A purchase receipt must accompany all returns.

• Return Initiation: Contact Elina Pilates® Customer Service at usa@elinapilates.com to start the return process.

• Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Upon approval, you'll receive an RMA number. This number must be visibly marked on the outside of the package. Returns without a visible RMA number will not be processed.

• Return Deadline: Returns must be received within 10 days of return acceptance.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and any damages or losses incurred during return shipping.

• Rejected Returns: Products sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Customized products and special upholstery.
• Equipment like Cadillac, Reformer, Ladder Barrel, Combo Chair, and similar.
• Special equipment configurations.
• Accessories, spare parts, and special shipments.

Warranty Return Procedure:

• Contact Customer Service at usa@elinapilates.com for warranty-related returns.
• The technical service will assess if the issue is covered under warranty.
• Products not covered or not meeting warranty conditions will incur return shipping and insurance costs charged to the purchaser.
• Damaged items should be noted on the delivery note and reported within 24-48 hours.
• Defective products under warranty may be returned for replacement.
• Repairs or replacements may require inspection and testing at Elina Pilates® facility.
• For incorrectly shipped items, Elina Pilates® covers return shipping costs, but items must meet the same return conditions as mentioned above.

Refund Process:

• Once a return is received, inspected, processed, and approved, a refund for the equipment will be issued immediately.

This warranty policy ensures all new equipment is free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials. The key points of the policy are as follows:

• Effective Date: Warranty effective from the invoice date of original purchase.
• Warranty Coverage: Parts repaired or replaced under warranty are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
• Purchaser Responsibility: Notify the Company of any contact information changes.

Warranty Conditions:

• Valid while the equipment remains with the original purchaser and proof of purchase is provided.
• Claims must be made within the part-specific warranty period.
• Upgrades are performed as required by the Company.

Warranty Void Conditions:

• Failure to follow safety, maintenance, and usage guidelines as specified in equipment manuals.
• Equipment used for unintended purposes, stored or used outdoors, or in inadequate climate/humidity-controlled environments.
• At Home Reformers used in commercial fitness facilities.
• Equipment subjected to accident, misuse, abuse, improper service, or unauthorized modification.
• Springs on spring-loaded equipment not changed every two years may void the warranty.
• Does not cover finish damage, shipping charges, customs fees, or installation costs of replacement parts.

Company's Options:

• Repair or replace parts with defects in workmanship or materials within the part-specific warranty period.

Specific Warranty Terms:

• Commercial Reformers: Limited Lifetime Warranty on aluminum rails, frame components, welding, and Footbar mechanisms (excluding Comfort Footbar).
• At Home Reformers: Same as Commercial Reformers, void if used in commercial facilities.
• Steel or Wood Combo Chair: Limited Lifetime Warranty on metal frame and welding. Ninety (90) Day Warranty on upholstery. Two (2) Year Warranty on other components.
• Ladder Barrel & Wood Tower/Aluminum Tower: Limited Lifetime Warranty on frame components and welding. Ninety (90) Day Warranty on upholstery. Specific period warranties on other components.
• Spine Correctors & Wall Units: Limited warranties on various components.
• Fabric & Upholstery: Ninety (90) Day Warranty, excludes damage from misuse.

Exclusions:

• Damage from cuts, burns, stains, soiling, pet damage, abrasive/corrosive chemicals, or unreasonable use. Replacement with equivalent fabric if identical fabric unavailable.

Maintenance:

• Regular maintenance recommended for optimal performance.
