1.3 ATA is the mild range Newtowne's FDA clearance covers. 1.5 is the soft shell ceiling; above that you need a hard shell.

The compressor runs the whole session and is audible in the room. OxyRevo rates its models at 50 dB or under; Newtowne publishes no dB figure.

Sessions can add concentrated oxygen from an oxygen concentrator, breathed through a mask. The chamber itself is pressurized with air.
