Irradiance is only comparable when the measuring distance is the same, and not every manufacturer publishes that distance. These are non-UV LED devices. The manufacturers publish different regulatory positions and the wording matters, so here is what each one actually says.

• Body Balance System states its beds are FDA registered. Its own OvationULT page adds the important clarification that FDA registered is not the same as FDA cleared under 510(k) for a specific therapeutic indication.
• The Prism Light Pod is described by its manufacturer as an FDA registered Class 2 medical device, with operators directed to follow Prism training materials and registered indications.
• Vacuactivus states plainly that the InfraCouch is not a medical device and does not replace clinical care.
• LS Pro Systems publishes no regulatory registration for the MXP Power Bed PRO. Confirm by call if that matters to you.
