At RecovAthlete, your satisfaction is our top concern, and we are committed to ensuring that you're happy with your purchase. However, we understand that not every product or manufacturer allows returns, so it's important to carefully review the product details before placing your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that some items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Large equipment
  • Custom or made-to-order products

While these items cannot be returned, they are still covered by the manufacturerā€™s warranty, which means any defective parts will be repaired or replaced according to the product's warranty terms. If your item ships via a freight carrier, it will be insured against any damage that might occur during shipment. As long as our shipping & receiving policy is followed, we will facilitate a replacement at no additional cost to you.

How to Return Eligible Products

If your product is returnable, it must be returned within 30 days of your purchase. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. If these conditions are not met, we cannot issue a refund. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items that are not damaged.

Important Return Details:

  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, with reshipping fees.
  • A 3% processing fee will be applied to refunds on credit card transactions.
  • You must use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation Policy

Because many of our items are shipped directly from suppliers or manufacturers and are processed quickly, cancellations must be made within 5 hour of placing your order. We recommend contacting us immediately if you wish to cancel.

To request a cancellation:

  • Email us with your order number, contact information, and the name of the product(s) you wish to cancel.
  • If your order hasnā€™t been processed or shipped, we will confirm the cancellation via email and void the transaction. If your card has been charged, we will issue a refund minus a 3% processing fee.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, you may refuse the delivery or return the order once itā€™s delivered (for returnable products only). In such cases, you will be responsible for return shipping, a restocking fee, and a 3% processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Processing Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
