Non-Returnable Items

While these items cannot be returned, they are still covered by the manufacturerās warranty, which means any defective parts will be repaired or replaced according to the product's warranty terms. If your item ships via a freight carrier, it will be insured against any damage that might occur during shipment. As long as our shipping & receiving policy is followed, we will facilitate a replacement at no additional cost to you.
If your product is returnable, it must be returned within 30 days of your purchase. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. If these conditions are not met, we cannot issue a refund. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items that are not damaged.
Important Return Details:
Because many of our items are shipped directly from suppliers or manufacturers and are processed quickly, cancellations must be made within 5 hour of placing your order. We recommend contacting us immediately if you wish to cancel.
To request a cancellation:
If your order has already been processed or shipped, you may refuse the delivery or return the order once itās delivered (for returnable products only). In such cases, you will be responsible for return shipping, a restocking fee, and a 3% processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Processing Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
