Love the Chamber, But Setup Was a Bit Tricky

I’ve been using the Quest36 at home for about three weeks now, and the benefits are real—better sleep, clearer skin, and more energy overall. The pressure range is ideal, and I appreciate how quiet it is during use. The inside is spacious, and I don’t feel claustrophobic thanks to the windows.

Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the setup instructions could have been clearer. It took two of us about half a day to get everything connected properly. That said, Tommy was super responsive and helped over video call, which I appreciated. Once it’s up and running, it’s fantastic.

Chamber Quality is Excellent, But Shipping Took Longer

The chamber itself is phenomenal. It looks and feels like something out of a professional clinic—thick steel, easy-to-use controls, and I really like the built-in phone system. I use it every evening after workouts, and it’s definitely helped with soreness and overall recovery.

My only gripe is that the shipping took a little longer than expected. It ended up arriving closer to 7 weeks rather than 6. But to be fair, Claire kept me updated every step of the way and sent photos during production. Overall, I’m happy with the investment and would buy again, just setting expectations for anyone ordering during peak times.

He answered every question I had (and I had a lot!), walked me through setup via video, and made the entire process stress-free.

The chamber itself is built like a tank but feels so comfortable inside. My husband is 6’2” and fits in it with room to spare. We’ve been doing sessions daily since we got it, and I’ve noticed real changes—my energy levels are up, my inflammation is down, and my sleep is finally solid. The red light therapy combo is a game-changer too. Tommy even followed up after delivery to make sure everything was perfect. This is a rare kind of service. Highly, highly recommend!
