          What Is a Pilates Tower?

          Pilates towers include wall-mounted towers, standalone tower systems, and half-trapeze or tower conversion kits. Each is a vertical spring frame that delivers much of the Cadillac and trapeze repertoire in a small footprint. It carries a push-through bar, a roll-down bar, and arm and leg springs, and uses adjustable spring resistance to add support or challenge. A tower gives you standing spring work, push-through and roll-down patterns, and spring-loaded arm work without the floor space of a full Cadillac.

          Wall Tower or Tower Conversion Kit

          There are two ways to add a standalone tower, and which one you need depends on whether you already own a reformer.

          Wall tower

          A tower that mounts to a wall or stands as its own unit, giving you full tower programming without a reformer or a Cadillac. Wall-mounted models need structural wall fixing. Best when you want tower work on its own.

          Tower conversion kit

          A kit that adds a tower to a reformer you already own, turning it into a reformer with tower. Model-specific, so it must match your reformer. Best when you already have a compatible reformer.
