          The BioMat is Richway's far-infrared healing mat.           How the BioMat Works

          Three technologies work together under the fabric. None of them is PEMF.

          • Far-infrared heat. Infrared warmth reaches deeper than a standard heating pad, which is what people feel as the mat easing tension and warming the body from within.
          • Negative ions. As the amethyst and tourmaline layers heat up, they release negative ions, often described as calming and part of a wind-down routine.
          • Amethyst and tourmaline. These crystals conduct and carry the far-infrared heat evenly across the mat surface, which is why BioMat feels different from a plain electric pad.

          Amethyst vs Tourmaline

          Amethyst carries steady, gentle far-infrared heat, which makes it the base layer for full-body relaxation. Tourmaline produces a stronger stream of negative ions when heated. The BioMat uses both so you get even warmth and ion output in one mat.

          Does the BioMat use PEMF?

          What is the difference between the Professional and the Mini?

          The Professional 7000MX is a full-body mat for whole-body sessions on a bed or table. The Mini 7000MX is 19 by 33 inches and 8 pounds, built for targeted relief and travel. Both use the same far-infrared, amethyst, and tourmaline build.

          Can I sleep on a BioMat overnight?

          Yes, on a low heat setting. High heat is meant for shorter, focused sessions. For overnight use, keep the temperature low. The Quantum Energy Pad adds cushioning if you plan to sleep on it regularly.

          Do I need the companion pads?

          No, the mats work on their own. The Quantum Energy Pad adds sleep comfort and the Germanium Power Pad adds a waterproof, washable cover. Both sit on top of a BioMat and are optional.

          Is amethyst or tourmaline better?

          They do different jobs. Amethyst carries steady far-infrared heat for relaxation. Tourmaline generates more negative ions. The BioMat combines both, so you do not have to choose.
