Which Lagree accessory fits your machine, and when does a worn part need replacing?

Lagree accessories fall into two groups: parts that wear out and need replacing, and add-ons that change how you train. Cables, bungees, straps, and handles take load every session and stretch, fray, or lose tension over time. Poles, covers, and specialty straps are upgrades you add by choice.

The one rule that governs all of it: the part has to match your machine. An M3 strap is not an M2 strap. A Micro cable is not a Mega cable. We carry the full genuine Lagree Fitness range across every machine generation.

Not sure which part fits your machine? Tell us your model, M2, M3, M3S, M3K, Mega, Micro, and we will confirm the exact part before you order. Ordering the wrong generation is the most common mistake here, and it is avoidable. Call 866-861-6317.

What wears out, and when to replace it

Cables and bungees. These carry your resistance every rep. They stretch with use, and once a bungee loses tension the resistance is no longer honest. If the feel has gone soft or uneven, or you can see fraying, replace it. On a machine used daily in a studio, this is a scheduled swap, not an if.

Straps and handles. Platform straps, X-straps, and footstrap handles take direct load and hand contact. They wear at the stitching and the contact points. A frayed strap is a failure waiting to happen mid-session, so replace at the first sign, not the last.

Handlebar covers. Grip wears smooth and foam compresses. Cheap to replace, and it restores the grip and feel of a new machine.

Match the part to your machine

Machine line Common parts Note
M2 / M2S M2 platform strap, M2 carriage S-strap, M2 X-strap, classic cables and bungees The classic generation. Parts are specific to it, do not swap M3 parts in.
M3 / M3S / M3K M3 carriage S-strap, M3 X-strap, M3K platform strap, new cables and bungees Newer fittings. The M3K uses its own platform strap.
Mega / Megaformer Mega strap, universal bungee, universal belt The studio machines. Higher use means faster wear on cables and bungees.
Micro / Mini Micro cables with footstraps and handles bundle The compact machines use their own shorter cable sets.

The upgrades worth adding

Beyond replacements, a few accessories change the training. The weighted pole and self-standing weighted pole add balance and stability work. The Rhino and specialty straps open up exercise variations. These are choices, not maintenance, so add them when you want to expand what the machine does, not on a schedule.

What we will tell you not to buy

Do not order a part for the wrong machine generation. It is the number one mistake, and an M2 strap will not fit an M3 correctly. If you are not certain which generation you have, tell us and we will identify it before you order.

Do not run worn cables and bungees to save a small replacement cost. Degraded resistance changes the workout and a failure mid-rep can hurt someone. On a studio machine, replace on a schedule rather than waiting for a break.

And do not buy every upgrade at once. Replace what is worn first, add one specialty piece, and see if you use it before buying the rest. Most machines need parts more than they need add-ons.

Common questions

How do I know which parts fit my machine?

Parts are specific to the machine generation, M2, M3, M3S, M3K, Mega, Micro. Tell us your model and we will confirm the exact part. If you are unsure which you have, describe it or send a photo and we will identify it.

How often should I replace cables and bungees?

Home use, when the resistance feels soft or uneven or you see fraying. Studio use, on a schedule, because daily load wears them faster. Honest resistance depends on parts in good condition.

Are these genuine Lagree parts?

Yes. These are genuine Lagree Fitness accessories, made to fit the machines correctly. Off-brand parts often do not fit or wear out faster.

What is the difference between a platform strap and an X-strap?

They serve different exercises and mount differently, and both are machine-specific. Tell us your model and what you are replacing and we will confirm the right one.

Do I need the weighted pole?

It is an upgrade, not a required part. It adds balance and stability work. Buy it if you want to expand the exercise range, not as routine maintenance.

Can you help me build a full replacement set?

Yes. Tell us your machine and how it is used, home or studio, and we will put together the cables, bungees, straps, and handles worth replacing together. Studios often replace as a set to keep every station consistent.

Tell us your machine and what needs replacing.

Your model and the worn part, or a photo if you are not sure which generation you have. We will confirm the exact fit and flag anything else worth replacing at the same time.
