The deck drives straight up and down. Every VibePlate is built this way, at a fixed 2 mm amplitude across 10 to 60 Hz, so a session repeats exactly.

The deck pivots side to side around a centre point, like a seesaw. At the same speed it feels gentler than vertical and alternates the load left to right.

VBX Wellness runs oscillation and linear from two motors, alone or together, across 120 speed levels and 1 to 60 Hz.

Tri-planar decks move in three directions at once. We do not carry one, so this page covers only the vertical and dual-mode machines we can ship.

VibePlate runs 10 to 60 Hz, VBX runs 1 to 60 Hz. The low end suits warm ups, the high end suits strength and conditioning. A 30 Hz or 40 Hz setting sits mid range on both.

Every VibePlate uses a fixed 2 mm stroke. VBX publishes 17.2 G on the 4000 and 5000. The 3500 publishes no force figure, which matters if a clinic needs it documented.

The spec most buyers miss, and the one that decides it for athletes. VibePlate decks are rated 1,000 lbs on the Mini and 2,400 lbs on the rest, so you can hold a barbell on one. VBX specifies a 500 lb maximum user weight.

A VibePlate is a flat deck with a speed control and an optional balance bar. A VBX adds a 66 inch column with handrails and six programs.

The VibePlate Mini. 20 lbs, stores against a wall, and runs the same frequency range as the full size decks.

The VibePlate 2424. The first deck wide enough for a two foot stance, rated 2,400 lbs.

The VibePlate 2440. Room for lunges and floor work without going to a full 4 foot deck.

The VibePlate 3048. Fits two users side by side and takes loaded barbell work.

The Yoga Plate. Long enough for lying postures, and the 10 to 20 Hz band is the one used for passive stretching.

The VibePlate XL. The longest deck, aluminium at 120 lbs, so one person can reposition it.

The VibeStretch. The 3048 deck under an 87 inch cage with straps and pulleys. Needs 8 feet of ceiling.

The VBX 3500 is the entry point. Step to the 4000 or 5000 when a clinic needs a published G figure.
