Prism Light Pod warrants that the equipment will be free of substantive defects in material and workmanship, adhering to industry standards. The purchase includes a five-year bumper-to-bumper warranty with the following support services:

Prism Light Pod Specifications
The Prism Light Pod is designed and built with industrial strength, ergonomics, and visual appeal. You can choose a black or white color pod, including co-branding with your company logo, at no extra cost.
Customers find it highly attractive. Its dimensions are 92″ length x 44″ width x 48″ height (when the top is opened). It fits within a 9×9 ft or 8×10 ft room with standard HVAC venting, a three-quarter floor-to-ceiling wall, and a standard 32" door.

- Buyers are responsible for ensuring they and their patients sign the buyer’s liability waiver. Prism Light Pod does not carry any liability for the reseller, buyer, or their patients.
Electrical Supply Specifications
- Products are designed for standard 110V 20 amp electrical supply for the US and Canada and 110V 15 amp for the Light Pad. The appropriate electrical supply will be provided for international orders.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Orders can be canceled free of charge before shipment, except for custom-made orders.
- All sales are final for custom and made-to-order products.
- If a product needs to be exchanged, the customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.
- Due to increasing shipping costs, outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs.
Order Confirmation and Shipping Notifications
- Upon placing an order, customers will receive a confirmation email indicating that the order has been received and pre-authorized.
- Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, and tracking information will be provided within 24 hours of shipment.
Damaged Shipments
- Customers should inspect the packaging upon delivery and note any damage at the time of signing for delivery.
- If items arrive damaged, customers must send photos to the seller within 24 hours for an insurance claim to be processed.
Governing Law
- This agreement shall be construed under the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Disputes will be handled in the District Court of Denver, Colorado, with the parties waiving any right to a jury trial.
