OxyRevo Forward90 MINI 1.4 to 1.5 ATA Portable Sitting Hyperbaric Chamber

The OxyRevo Forward90 MINI is the standard Forward90 shortened for rooms that cannot take a 90 inch cabin. Inflated it measures 66 inches long, 47 inches wide and 47 inches high, which is 24 inches less floor run than the standard model. That puts a seated hyperbaric chamber inside a spare bedroom, a home office or an apartment living room. It is one of our hyperbaric chambers built to run at home without a technician.

✓ RecovAthlete is an authorized OxyRevo dealer. Every order includes the factory warranty and direct manufacturer support.
One dimension separates the MINI from the standard Forward90. Everything below the shell is the same hardware OxyRevo puts in its full-size soft chambers: the same chair, the same pressure options, the same concentrator, the same windows, the same warranty. What the shorter cabin costs you is length, and that is worth saying plainly.
OxyRevo does not publish a lie-flat or two-occupant claim for the 66 inch MINI, so we do not carry the standard Forward90's over to it. Treat the MINI as a seated or reclined chamber for one person. If lying fully flat matters to you, buy the standard Forward90 at 90 inches (linked above) or an Elite lying chamber. If a physician has told you that you need 2.0 ATA or higher, a soft chamber cannot reach it; see the hard-shell Space60. These chambers are made to order.
We are an authorized OxyRevo dealer, so your factory warranty is valid and your support comes direct from the manufacturer. Shipping is included, and White Glove Delivery and Chamber Education is available as a paid add-on if you want the team to unload, set up and walk you through operating the chamber. Call 866-861-6317 and we will confirm the MINI fits your room before you order.
We offer a range of financing options on the Forward90 MINI for both personal and business buyers, in the United States and Canada, so you can spread the cost rather than pay it all up front. Personal buyers can finance through the options shown at checkout and at the top of this page. Business buyers can finance the chamber as equipment. Canadian buyers have a dedicated finance partner who handles the pre-approval and application.
Call 866-861-6317 or email support@recovathlete.com and we will match you to the right financing option for your country and send the rates, terms and application link.
If you want a seated hyperbaric chamber but a 90 inch cabin will not fit, the MINI is the answer: the same 47 inch width, the same chair and pressure options, over a 66 inch floor run. Call 866-861-6317, 9am to 6pm EST Monday to Friday, and we will confirm the fit before you order.

Inflated, the cabin is 66 inches long by 47 inches wide by 47 inches high. That is 5 feet 6 inches of wall, against the 90 inches the standard Forward90 asks for, on the same 47 inch width. A 24 inch difference is what decides whether a chamber goes into a spare bedroom or does not go in at all. Plan floor beside it for the operating unit and clearance at the zipper end for getting in and out.
You choose the pressure ceiling when you order. The 1.4 ATA version adjusts from 1.1 to 1.4; the 1.5 ATA version adjusts from 1.2 to 1.5. A pressure adjustment converter moves between the steps on a single press, and OxyRevo builds it for ear comfort in the first sessions, so a new user starts at the bottom step and works up.
Seams are joined by high-frequency heat welding, with no glue and no stitching at the joints. The zipper follows a curve, and a gravity sink holds the zipper track clear of the sealing strip so the two are not dragging on each other as it closes. The seal is a medical-grade silicone strip, and valve labels are applied by UV laser, so there is no glued paper to peel.
A lying chamber puts you on a mattress at floor level and asks you to get back up 60 to 90 minutes later. The MINI ships with the same adjustable folding chair OxyRevo supplies with the standard Forward90, inside a cabin tall enough to sit in. It folds, which matters in a room where the chamber is packed away between sessions. OxyRevo does not publish a seat height, recline angle or weight rating; call 866-861-6317 before ordering if you need those figures.
Photography note: only the OxyRevo size comparison graphic is MINI-specific. The chair, interior and operating-unit shots are standard Forward90 frames, used because those parts are identical on the MINI. Ask us for a current factory photo of the MINI before you commit and we will request one.

Add-ons you can order with the MINI. Every price below is added on top of the chamber price. Choose them at checkout, or call 866-861-6317 and we will add them to your order.
Every MINI ships with a standard air cooler that cools and dehumidifies the intake air. That covers most rooms. The upgrades below are for buyers who want more: active cold-air cooling, red light, a grounding mat, faster production or longer warranty.
Run red light during a hyperbaric session, without a second device to set up.
A 660nm and 850nm red light panel that installs inside the cabin so you can run it during a session. The power supply stays outside the chamber; only shielded low-voltage cabling passes through a sealed airtight port.
We make no claims about what red light or hyperbaric oxygen therapy does for any condition. Whether either is right for you is a question for your physician.
Cold-air cooling for warm rooms and longer sessions, beyond what the included cooler does.
The included air cooler cools and dehumidifies the intake air, which suits most rooms. This water-cooled unit goes further, circulating chilled water through a heat exchanger for active cold-air cooling in a hot room or a long session. Plug and play, and it fits every OxyRevo soft and hard chamber.
Not ready to add the unit now? Choose Make AC Ready (+$350) to fit the ports so you can add the chiller later.
Gives static a controlled path out of the chamber.
Static builds up on the body in an enclosed space. This mat sits on the seat and gives that charge a controlled path out: you sit or lean on it, its conductive fibers pick up the static, and an insulated wire carries it to a wall grounding socket so it discharges into the building ground.

The questions buyers ask most before ordering the MINI, answered from the OxyRevo spec sheets, the user manual, and our own order handling.
The cabin length is the whole of it. The MINI inflates to 66 inches long against the standard Forward90 at 90 inches, and both share the 47 inch width and height. Weight is 15 kg / 30 lbs on both, both offer 1.4 and 1.5 ATA versions, both carry four multi-layered windows and the adjustable folding chair, both are rated 50 dB or under, and both come in the four cover colours with the same Pro or Standard unit. OxyRevo even ships one manual set for the pair, which tells you how closely the two are related.
We would rather not overstate it. Lying flat is something OxyRevo markets for the 90 inch standard Forward90, which has the length for it. The MINI runs 66 inches, and OxyRevo publishes neither an interior length nor a lie-flat claim for it, so we describe it as a seated or reclined chamber and leave it there. If a fully flat position is what you are after, the standard Forward90 or an Elite lying chamber is the better buy.
Plan on one. The two-person figure OxyRevo quotes, with the chair removed, applies to the 90 inch standard model, and we are not stretching it to a cabin two feet shorter. Treat the MINI as a single-occupant chamber.
You select the version at checkout, and all that changes is the ceiling of the range. The 1.4 version runs from 1.1 to 1.4 ATA, the 1.5 version from 1.2 to 1.5 ATA, both moved by the same one-press converter and both filled with filtered air. The right pressure for you is a call for your physician. Buyers who think they might want the higher ceiling down the road usually find the 1.5 version cheaper now than a chamber swap later.
It does not, and no soft chamber does. Home soft-shell chambers are engineered to a 1.5 ATA ceiling, and anything higher calls for a hard shell. If your physician has set 2.0 ATA, the hard-shell Space60 is the seated option and the Quest36 the lying one. Call 866-861-6317 and we will point you to the right pressure class.
Only the size comparison graphic does, and we would rather flag that than have you assume otherwise. It is the single MINI-specific image OxyRevo has put out. The chair, interior and machine shots are all standard Forward90 frames, shown here because those exact parts are shared with the MINI, and no specification on this page rests on them. Want a current factory photo of the MINI before you commit? Ask and we will request one.
Inflated, the chamber takes up 66 by 47 inches of floor and stands 47 inches tall. Leave clearance at the zipper end to get in and out, and room to the side for the operating unit, which is 27.56 by 13.78 by 29.53 inches as the Pro cabinet or three separate machines on Standard. The chamber weighs just 30 lbs (15 kg), so one person can move and store it. The heavy piece is the operating unit; the Pro cabinet runs 80 kg and tends to stay put.
Same chamber, different machinery. Standard hands you three units, a compressor, an oxygen concentrator and a cooler, each connected and switched on by itself. Pro combines all three in one cabinet with one-press operation, so setup is cleaner and the footprint smaller. In a tight room, three small units can sometimes tuck away more easily than one 29 inch box, so it is worth walking the space first. Standard is cheaper and lighter to ship, and the full dimensions for both sit in the specification table.
Not very. OxyRevo estimates 30 to 40 minutes for first assembly, no special tools, and most of that is joining the tubing and cables between the operating unit and the chamber. The manual is in the box, our team can talk you through it on a call if anything is unclear, and lifetime technical support is free.
Black, Blue, Grey and White are the four covers at checkout, with Grey as the default. Studios or clinics that need the chamber matched to their own scheme can request OEM colours.
US orders generally land in about 2 to 3 weeks, production and transit included, and tracking goes out once the chamber leaves the warehouse. International shipments take longer, around 40 to 50 days, since they add freight and customs clearance. You choose between two delivery levels. Standard Delivery leaves the crated chamber at your address for you to unload, uncrate and move. White Glove Delivery and Chamber Education has the team do the unloading, setup and cleanup, then walk you through running the chamber.
You get the chamber, the operating unit for your chosen version, and the adjustable folding chair, along with an oxygen mask, standard and spare filters, fuses, air and oxygen tubing, and the power cable. The Package tab has the complete list. If you would like spare filters on hand from the start, we can add them to the order.
Compressor filters are the only part on a set schedule, changed every 6 to 12 months depending on use. Because the concentrator makes oxygen continuously, there are no tanks to refill. Spare filters and fuses come with the chamber, and when you run down, call 866-861-6317 or email support@recovathlete.com for replacements.
It is rated at 50 dB or under, about the hush of a quiet room, so reading or resting through a session is easy, which matters if the chamber sits in a spare bedroom near someone. Cooling comes either way: the Pro cabinet carries two cooling machines and a water container, the Standard set the ZLA01 air cooler. Both dehumidify and cool, and the Pro is the stronger. With working air conditioning in the room the interior stays comfortable; we would steer clear of long sessions in an unconditioned room in summer.
The user manual puts a session at 60 to 90 minutes. Three to five sessions a week is a common wellness rhythm, but the schedule that suits you is one to settle with your physician. People tend to read, listen to something or rest while inside. We make no claims about outcomes from hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
The main thing you feel is in your ears. Pressure shifts as the chamber inflates and deflates, similar to a plane on the way up or down, and a swallow or a yawn clears it. For most people the ears adjust within the first few sessions, which is the reason the converter starts gently at 1.1 or 1.2 ATA depending on your version.
Keep it loose and comfortable. Remove shoes, jewellery and anything sharp before getting in, as those are the things that can nick the cabin. Nothing else is needed.
No. The MINI is designed for owners to install and run, working from inside or outside the cabin, with a pressure gauge, deflate valves and relief valves on both sides of the shell. Whether hyperbaric sessions suit you is a separate question for your physician, particularly with any ear, sinus or lung condition.
It does. OxyRevo's manual advises against use by pregnant women or anyone with severe infectious diseases, bad colds, pneumothorax, severe emphysema, hypertension above 160/100, or severe heart problems, and says children should use it only under adult supervision. That is the manufacturer's own list, not ours. Whether the MINI fits your situation is a decision for your physician, and we make no claims about what hyperbaric oxygen therapy does for any condition.
The MINI carries a 1-year commercial and 2-year home use warranty, along with free lifetime technical support. Should a quality fault appear within the warranty and prove repairable, OxyRevo supplies the parts free and guides the repair by photo and video. If it cannot be repaired, they replace the unit at no cost. The full warranty and returns terms are on the warranty and shipping tabs.
Buying for yourself, spread the cost through Affirm at checkout. Buying for a gym, clinic, spa, or studio, apply with one of four business lenders and put the whole room on a single application.
RecovAthlete has no control over any financing decision. Approval is based on your creditworthiness and is solely the lender's decision.
Affirm at checkout. Rates run 0% to 36% APR based on your credit profile. Soft check to prequalify, so no impact on your score. No prepayment penalty.
Brickhouse Capital, Reliant Capital, Acorn Finance, or KWIPPED. Apply with two of the four and compare. Financed equipment can qualify for a Section 179 deduction. Confirm with your accountant.
Every page below has real prices, real monthly payment examples, and the lender comparison for that category. Pick the one you are buying.
Most business buyers are not buying one machine. They are building a room. Sauna, cold plunge, red light, vibration, hyperbaric, cryotherapy, and halotherapy all finance on the same paper through the same four lenders, and RecovAthlete quotes every category on one purchase order.
That means one freight schedule, one install window, and one financing application instead of six. It also gets you a better rate, because a bigger number on one application beats six small ones with six hard inquiries.
See commercial recovery equipment financing, or call 866-861-6317 and we will price the room.
| Lender | Type | Amount | Speed | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Affirm | Consumer, at checkout | Order total | Seconds | Personal purchases. 0% to 36% APR based on credit. Soft check to prequalify. |
| Brickhouse Capital | Direct equipment lender | Up to $250K on a one-page application, $1M+ with financials | ~24 hours | A full room or a full floor. Credit decisions made in-house. Tied to the business, not your personal credit report. |
| Reliant Capital | Lender and broker | Up to $500K application-only, $5M with financials | 2 to 4 hours | Medical, aesthetic, and wellness. Deferred payment options. New or used equipment. |
| Acorn Finance | Lending marketplace | $1,000 to $100,000 | 60 seconds to prequalify | Comparing offers. One application goes to 30 or more lenders with no impact to your score. |
| KWIPPED (APPROVE) | Lender marketplace | Minimum $1,500 equipment value | 60-second application | Larger commercial orders. Lenders compete, which usually returns the best APR. Businesses only. |

Pay in 4 splits the purchase into four interest-free payments charged every two weeks. Monthly installments spread the cost over a longer term, with rates from 0% to 36% APR depending on your credit profile. You see the exact terms before you agree to anything. No origination fees, no prepayment penalty, no late fees.
Prequalification does not. Affirm and Acorn Finance both run a soft check to show you offers, which has no impact on your score. Proceeding with a monthly installment plan or a business loan may involve a hard inquiry. That is why it pays to prequalify with more than one lender first and only proceed with the best offer.
Yes, and for most business buyers it is the better route. Brickhouse funds up to $250,000 on a one-page application with no financial statements. Reliant approves in 2 to 4 hours. Business financing is usually tied to the business rather than your personal credit report, and financed equipment can qualify for a Section 179 deduction. Confirm the tax position with your accountant.
No. This is the most common and most expensive mistake. Separate applications mean separate hard inquiries, separate payments, and a worse rate on each, because every individual ticket is small. Get one quote from RecovAthlete covering everything you are buying, including freight, and put that single number on one application.
Financed equipment can qualify. Section 179 lets US businesses deduct the cost of qualifying equipment in the year it is placed in service, and financing the purchase does not by itself disqualify it. The equipment must be in service, not merely ordered, within the tax year. Annual limits and eligibility rules are set by the IRS and change year to year, so consult your accountant.
Freight, yes. On Affirm it is part of the order total at checkout. On business financing, put freight on the RecovAthlete quote and the whole quote amount goes on the application. Installation and room construction are harder, because some equipment lenders will not fund non-equipment costs. Ask the lender before you sign.
Yes. Affirm charges no prepayment penalties. Acorn Finance and most business lenders also allow early payoff without penalty.
Tell us what you are buying and whether it is personal or for a business. We will point you at the right two lenders and quote freight and install as one number, which is also the number that goes on the application.

OxyRevo chambers are CE certified and UKCA verified, but not FDA cleared for medical use in the United States. They are designed for wellness and recovery applications. If you need an FDA cleared chamber, call us and we will point you to the models that carry that clearance.
The FDA clears soft chambers only up to 1.3 ATA for altitude sickness. Using any chamber for wellness or recovery is off-label use: legal, but not FDA evaluated. Chambers at 1.4 to 2.0 ATA are typically Class II devices requiring a prescription and PVHO-1 compliance in the U.S.

OxyRevo chambers are made by Zhuji Belecon Health Technology Co., Ltd. The manufacturer holds 21 certification and test documents covering the chambers, compressors, tanks and inflatable bags. RecovAthlete has been an authorized OxyRevo dealer since 2023 and sells 11 models in the US. Certificates are issued to the manufacturer and cover the full range, including models we do not stock.
CE certification (issued by Ente Certificazione Macchine, Italy) covers European machinery, electrical and pressure equipment safety rules. UKCA verification (ICR Polska) covers the equivalent UK regulations. ISO 13485:2016 is the medical-device quality standard.
