Oxyrevo Space60 Pro 2.0 ATA Hard Sitting Hyperbaric Chamber

The Pro is the newer flagship build. It adds touch screens on both panels, ten pressure levels from 1.1 to 2.0 ATA, larger side windows, a lower entrance and an ambient light system. It is four inches longer and heavier than the standard Space60, which uses dial panels and ships as a 1.5 or 2.0 ATA build. The Comparison tab has the full side by side.

The standard Space60 has its ceiling set by the steel at the factory. The Pro is built for the full range and you pick the level on the screen, 1.1 to 2.0 ATA in 0.1 steps. For a clinic running different protocols on different clients, that is the difference between one chamber and two. Which pressure suits any individual is a decision to take with their physician.

Not a standard residential door, and this is the figure to plan around. The widest point is 37.8 inches on the Pro Standard and 33.5 inches on the Pro Mini, measured across the curved side windows. The windows are fixed and cannot be removed for transit. The Mini shell is 29.5 inches, but you cannot get it through a 30 inch door on that number. Oxygen supply is chosen against how you intend to use it. The standard build carries a 10 L concentrator; the 20 L is the upgrade, and two occupants breathing through masks is the usual reason to take it.

The chair configuration is confirmed at the same time, since two seats are not the standard single recliner.

Yes. The Space60 Pro is sold as CE-certified machinery, non-medical, and there is no restriction on private ownership. It is not an FDA cleared medical device and we make no medical or treatment claims about it. Whether hyperbaric oxygen therapy is appropriate for you is a question for your physician.

Hard shell chambers sit well above soft shell chambers, because the cabin is welded stainless steel rated to hold 2.0 ATA rather than fabric rated to 1.5. Two pieces, not one. The chamber is 83 by 37.8 by 60 inches on the Standard, or 83 by 33.5 by 60 on the Mini. The all-in-one machine unit is a separate cabinet that stands beside it. Keep both away from the wall so they can shed heat, and allow room to open the front door fully and get in and out of the chair.

About 1,700 W on the standard 10 L all-in-one unit, or about 2,500 W if you take the 20 L concentrator upgrade. The water chiller adds about 230 W. No dedicated circuit is needed under normal installation. Voltage and plug are built to the destination country, so confirm yours before the order goes in.

The compressor is oil-free and sits in the machine unit outside the chamber, so the noise is in the room rather than next to your head. If the chamber is going next to a treatment room wall, the machine unit is the box to place carefully.

By freight, as a made-to-order chamber, crated at about 2,645 lbs. Setup means connecting the tubes and power cable between the machine unit and the chamber. No plumbing, no crew, no commissioning. Yes. The Pro has a touch screen, pressure gauge and deflate valve inside as well as outside, so you set the pressure, watch the readouts and bring the chamber down yourself. The phone handset lets you speak to someone without opening the door. The automatic timer runs up to 120 minutes.

The power-failure system bleeds pressure down slowly on its own, then the door lowers once the chamber has equalised. It works whether or not the person inside is awake. A deflate valve and a 30 second emergency valve give a faster manual option from inside the cabin.

The all-in-one unit runs two electric cooling machines that dry and cool the incoming air, with no ice water or Freon to top up. An anion generator clears particles down to 2.5 microns, and a nano water steriliser handles bacteria and odour. That is the part clinics ask about most when running back-to-back sessions.

You will notice a pressure change in your ears as the chamber pressurises and depressurises, similar to a plane taking off or landing. Chewing, swallowing or pinching your nose and blowing against a closed mouth clears it. If your ears will not equalise, end the session. The door releases once the gauge reads zero.

The whole front is a clear polycarbonate door, with a window on each side and ambient lighting around the cabin. You sit upright rather than lying in a tube, and the door opens from either side. If you have strong concerns, ask us about viewing one before you buy.

Yes, pair them. The Pro ships with a 10 L concentrator. The BIBS mask moves more oxygen than a standard open mask, and the 20 L boosting system holds flow at 2.0 ATA, where a unit without one can drop by half at full pressure. Do not add a standalone external concentrator on top of the 20 L upgrade.

Order them with the chamber. OxyRevo builds and tests the chamber as one complete system, so every upgrade is a factory-installed option rather than something added after delivery. The water chiller needs the chamber built AC-ready, and the red light panel runs shielded cabling through a port sealed at the factory. Decide on all six before production starts.

Two years residential and one year commercial, from the date of delivery, on materials and workmanship when the chamber has been operated properly, plus lifetime technical support at no cost. Very little. Replace the air filters every 6 to 12 months depending on how often you run it, empty the humidity water container when it fills, and wipe the cabin down with a damp antibacterial cloth when needed. The onboard concentrator makes the oxygen, so there are no tanks to buy or refill.
