The Electric Massage Chair covers the most of your body. Eight modes across neck, shoulders, back, waist, legs, and feet. If massage coverage is what you want, this is the one, not the more expensive option above it.
The Luxurious Multi Functional chair massages the back only. What it adds instead is the seat itself: cooling, heating, and an airbag headrest. One-button presets mean you are not holding a button while the chamber is at pressure.
It also glides forward and backward under power. That is the one feature that decides whether an older client can use your chamber without help.
Clinics running client sessions back to back usually take a chair. Home users doing solo sessions often skip it and use the supplied mattress.
A light panel that mounts inside the chamber, so the light runs during the session rather than before or after it.
| Red LEDs | 12, at 660 nm |
|---|---|
| Near infrared LEDs | 12, at 850 nm |
| Total LEDs | 24 |
| Power | USB supply, no battery inside the chamber |
| Controls | Inside the chamber |
Lithium cells in a pressurized oxygen-rich space are a known risk. The panel runs on USB power instead, and OxyRevo keeps the supply outside the shell with only cabling entering through a sealed porthole.
You switch it on from inside, so you are not opening the chamber mid-session.
Without it you are running two separate things. An hour in the chamber, then time under a panel somewhere else in the room.
Mounted inside, the light runs during an hour you have already committed to. For a clinic that is a scheduling argument as much as anything: same room, same hour, no second slot in the book.
Skip this if you already own a panel you are happy with. It sits outside the chamber and you use it separately. The in-chamber panel saves you time, not equipment.
Hyperbaric chambers warm up while they run. Compressing air raises its temperature, and a sealed shell has nowhere to dump that heat. In a hot room or a humid climate, an hour inside gets uncomfortable.
OxyRevo's own guidance is direct: if the chamber will sit in a room without air conditioning, buy this unit.
| Cooling method | Evaporative, using water and R134a refrigerant |
|---|---|
| Refrigerant | R134a. No CFC gases. |
| Power | 110V or 220V |
| Temperature range | -10 C to 20 C |
| Protection | Overcurrent, thermal, overvoltage, time-delay |
| Compatibility | Customised for OxyRevo chambers, soft and hard |
| Install | Connect and switch on |
Heat is the most common reason a session gets cut short. Someone books an hour and comes out at forty minutes because the shell has warmed up.
For a home user that is an annoyance. For a clinic charging per session it is a client who does not rebook, and the unit pays for itself over a summer.
The unit shuts itself down on overcurrent, overheating, and overvoltage. A time-delay circuit stops it restarting the instant power returns after a flicker. Rapid restarts are what usually kill a compressor.
Buy it if the chamber room has no air conditioning, if you are in a warm or humid climate, or if you run sessions back to back. A single daily session in a cool room usually does not need it.
A BIBS, or built-in breathing system, is a sealed mask. It runs on two tubes. One brings fresh oxygen in, the other carries exhaled CO2 out of the chamber instead of back into it.
An open mask sits loosely on the face. Some of what you breathe is chamber air, so the concentration reaching you is lower than what the concentrator puts out.
A sealed mask does not mix. You get 90 to 98 percent, and what you breathe out leaves the chamber.
The trade-off is the seal itself. A mask clamped to your face for an hour does not suit everyone.
Until now you picked one system before the session started and lived with it. Users who found the sealed mask claustrophobic gave up on it and lost the higher concentration.
OxyRevo built a custom switch. One dial, two positions, changed mid-session without disconnecting anything.
| Dial position 1 | BIBS mode, sealed mask |
|---|---|
| Dial position 2 | Regular oxygen mask mode |
| Oxygen concentration in BIBS mode | 90% to 98% |
| Tubing | One tube oxygen in, one tube CO2 out |
| Switching | Mid-session, no disconnection |
| Bundled with | 20 LPM concentrator upgrade |
Start on the regular mask. If you want the higher concentration, turn the dial. If it stops being comfortable, turn it back.
This option is bundled with the 20 LPM concentrator upgrade. Do not also add the standalone 20L Oxygen Concentrator System.
Every OxyRevo chamber ships with a 10 LPM oxygen concentrator already built into the All-in-One unit. These two options replace that built-in concentrator with a larger one.
Nothing bolts on. Nothing sits on your floor. The upgrade happens inside the AIO unit before it ships.
| Standard | 15 LPM upgrade | 20 LPM upgrade | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Flow rate | 10 LPM | 15 LPM | 20 LPM |
| Location | Inside the AIO unit | Inside the AIO unit | Inside the AIO unit |
| Separate concentrator needed | No | No | No |
| Suits | One user, single daily session | One user, longer or repeat sessions | Two users, or BIBS mask, or back-to-back sessions |
Plenty of chambers on the market need a separate concentrator sitting beside them. That is another machine on your floor, another tubing run, and another thing to service.
OxyRevo builds theirs into the AIO unit. The upgrade is a bigger concentrator in the same box, not a second box.
A flow rating is measured at normal room pressure, not inside a chamber at 2.0 ATA.
According to OxyRevo, a concentrator without a boosting system loses roughly half its flow once the chamber reaches full pressure. The pressurized chamber pushes back against the machine feeding it.
Ask any supplier what their flow is at full pressure. A cheaper unit rated at 20 LPM can deliver less at 2.0 ATA than a boosted unit rated lower.
Take the 20 LPM upgrade if two people will use the chamber, or if you are adding the BIBS mask, or if sessions run back to back. Otherwise the 15 LPM is enough for one user.
A complete second AIO unit, identical to the one that ships with the chamber. OxyRevo added it to the range because clinics asked for it.
The reason is downtime. A clinic with one compressor and a fault has no chamber and a diary full of clients. A clinic with a spare swaps units and keeps running.
| Compressors | 2 |
|---|---|
| Oxygen concentrator | 1, custom built, 10 LPM |
| Cooling dehumidifiers | 2 |
| Anion generator | 1 |
| Air purifier | 1 |
| Air steriliser | 1 |
| PE sintered filters | 3 |
That list is also worth reading if you are still comparing chambers. It is what OxyRevo puts in the standard unit, not an upgrade.
This is a clinic and research purchase. If you run one chamber at home, you do not need a spare compressor unit. If your chamber earns revenue every day, price a day of downtime and compare.
An hour in a chamber is a long time to stare at the ceiling. This kit is an adjustable TV bracket plus a Bluetooth speaker.
Both design choices are about what stays out of the chamber.
| TV bracket | Externally mounted, adjustable |
|---|---|
| TV location | Outside the chamber, viewed through the porthole |
| Speaker | Xiaomi Bluetooth, 10W |
| Speaker power | USB, no battery |
| Speaker pairing | Phone or the TV outside |
Some setups put the television inside the chamber. That puts AC power inside a pressurized oxygen-rich space.
OxyRevo mounts the screen outside and you view it through the porthole. No AC components go in.
The speaker runs on USB power with no rechargeable cell. Lithium batteries in an oxygen-rich environment are a known risk. Removing the battery removes the question.
Call us to confirm the TV size range before you buy a screen for it. OxyRevo's material quotes two different figures and we are checking which is current.
A full-width table that replaces the standard folding table. It detaches when you do not want it there.
| Material | ABS |
|---|---|
| Width | Full width |
| Removable | Yes, detachable |
| Load | Holds more than the standard folding table |
ABS is a rigid plastic. It is strong for its weight, which matters for something you lift in and out of a chamber by hand.
Buy it if you plan to work, read, or use a laptop during sessions. The standard folding table is fine for a phone and a drink.
A grounding mat that connects to the earth pin of a standard wall outlet.
| Type | Grounding anti-static mat |
|---|---|
| Connection | Earth pin of a standard power point |
| Use | Sit on it, lie on it, or place it under your feet |
| OxyRevo guidance | Direct skin contact |
It goes inside the chamber and connects out through the cable pass-through. The cheapest item on this list and the easiest one to add later.
A stainless steel frame that sits outside the chamber and gives you something solid to hold while getting in and out.
| Material | Stainless steel |
|---|---|
| Fits | Forward90 only |
| Position | External |
| Purpose | Support when entering and exiting |
This frame is built for the Forward90 and does not fit other OxyRevo models. Call us before ordering if you are unsure which chamber you are configuring.
Yes. Ordering them with the chamber is cheaper because everything ships together. Adding one later means a separate freight charge. The concentrator upgrades are the exception, since they are built into the AIO unit before it ships.
The panel runs on a USB supply with no battery inside the chamber. OxyRevo keeps the power source outside the shell, with only cabling entering through a sealed airtight porthole. No mains voltage goes inside.
Connect the wires and tubes from the operating unit to the chamber tank, then run the chamber. No special installation process is required. Call us if you want to walk through your specific room before ordering.
No. Pick one. Both replace the same 10 LPM unit inside the AIO. The BIBS mask option is already bundled with the 20 LPM upgrade, so choosing BIBS plus the standalone 20L system doubles up.
Yes. The valves, control panels, pressure gauges, and screens are duplicated inside and outside the chamber. A single user can run a session without a second person.
All of them, apart from the chairs. Only one chair fits at a time, so choose between the three. Everything else works alongside the rest.
