Newtowne Hyperbarics warrants your hyperbaric chamber to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase.
If a defect is discovered during this period, Newtowne will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product using new or refurbished components, or
- Replace the product if repair is not possible.
This warranty applies only to defects in manufacturing and workmanship discovered during normal use, as recommended by the manufacturer.

What is the difference between the Long Shoe and the standard C4-Shoe?
Both use the same reclined-seated shoe geometry. The Long Shoe has extended interior length for taller adults who need more leg room. If you are under approximately 6 feet tall, the standard C4-Shoe will typically fit comfortably. Above that, the Long Shoe is worth the difference.
Can I use the Long Shoe if I prefer lying flat?
The Shoe design is built for a reclined-seated posture — legs extended forward inside the chamber body. It is not designed for lying fully horizontal. For a lying-flat session, the cylindrical C4-27, C4-34, or C4-40 is the better fit.
