What's the difference between the Tower Bundle and the Cadillac-Reformer Bundle?
The Tower attaches to the reformer frame and gives you rolldown bar, push-through bar, and arm/leg springs. The Cadillac-Reformer includes all of that plus a full trapeze frame — a taller overhead structure with additional hanging bars and loops for inverted and suspended work.
Do I need a specific ceiling height for tower work?
Standing tower exercises require 8–9 ft ceiling clearance. Seated and supine tower work can be done with standard 8 ft ceilings.
