Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, contact our customer service immediately to avoid return fees. Cancellations before processing receive a full refund. Orders canceled post-processing follow our 30-Day Return Policy, incurring return shipping costs. Products like BlueCube, Dundalk, OxyNova, and Schiller have a 10% cancellation fee.

  • 30-Day Returns: Most products can be returned within 30 days, with the customer covering return shipping costs. Items must be in "Like New" condition with original packaging for a refund.
  • Restocking Fees: Certain brands incur restocking fees plus return shipping costs.
  • Final Sale Products: Some items are final sale, including nutritional products.
  • Damages and Defects: We assist with exchanges for damaged or defective products.
  • Refund Process: Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s), we'll confirm your refund via email.

Medical Breakthrough/Medical Sauna Return Policy

  • 7-Day Trial: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt.
  • Return Conditions: Items must be in original condition and packaging. Customers bear all shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee.

Damages

Report any damage within five calendar days of delivery. Failure to do so may result in refusal of the claim. Cosmetic damages may be repaired with new parts. We will process refunds/replacements even during an ongoing insurance claim.

Professional Installation

We offer professional installation for an extra charge. This service is performed by third parties. Our company is not liable for any damages or issues caused by the installers. Installation fees vary and are customer's responsibility.

Color Disclaimer

Due to monitor variations, actual product colors may differ from what appears online. We recommend requesting a color sample before ordering. Returns based on color discrepancies are not accepted.
