    Description
    Description

Elina Pilates Elite Wood Reformer: the world's first stackable professional reformer, built from rock maple in Spain for studios and serious home practitioners.

The Elite Wood is Elina Pilates' flagship machine — custom-manufactured in Valencia, Spain, and sold in the United States exclusively through authorized dealers. It's 3 inches taller and 8 inches longer than standard reformers, with a 7-position Quick Release foot bar and a dual-height spring bar found on no other reformer in this price range. Rock maple frame. 10-year structural warranty. Made to order.

In Use WorldwideThe Elite Wood is in active use in private studios and commercial Pilates facilities across North America, Europe, and Australia. It's the reformer instructors choose when they need professional-grade equipment that also stores efficiently — not a compromise between the two.
Before You Order — Space CheckThe Elite Wood Reformer requires a minimum clear floor length of 8 feet for use. Stackable storage requires a ceiling clearance of at least 4 feet per stacked unit. If your space is under 8 feet or you need a foldable option, see the Elina Foldable Reformer or Vertical Home Reformer instead.
    Best For
    • Pilates studios standardizing across multiple machines — stacking reclaims 60%+ of floor space
    • Home practitioners with a dedicated 8+ foot room who want the same machine their instructor uses
    • Instructors training clients at varying fitness levels who need fast foot bar adjustment mid-session
    • Taller practitioners (to 6'4") who've outgrown the carriage travel on standard-length reformers
    • Commercial facilities buying 3+ units that need consistent client experience machine-to-machine
    Not Ideal For
    • Spaces under 8 feet long
    • Buyers who need a foldable or vertical-storage option
    • Those prioritizing entry-level pricing — see the Nubium or Lignum
Why RecovAthlete Carries ThisWe carry the Elite Wood because it's the only stackable reformer built to professional studio specs at this price level. Studios that already own one reformer can standardize across machines — same platform, same foot bar muscle memory, consistent client experience. As an authorized US dealer for Elina Pilates, we handle the customs, freight coordination, and after-sale support that grey-market purchases don't include.

    Who Buys This

    • Studio owners adding machines without expanding footprint — stackable design stores multiple reformers vertically, critical when floor space costs money
    • Home studio owners who want the same machine their instructor uses, not a home-grade downsized version
    • Instructors running private sessions who need foot bar adjustment in seconds between clients of different heights and levels
    • Chiropractors and rehab clinics adding Pilates services — the dual-height spring bar covers low-load rehab through high-resistance strength work on one machine
    • Boutique fitness studios replacing worn machines with a manufacturer-backed 10-year frame warranty
    • Buyers making one serious purchase — not a starter machine to upgrade from in three years

What the Elite Wood Reformer Offers Over Standard Reformers

    • 7-position Quick Release foot bar — changes mid-session without stopping, critical for instructor-paced classes and back-to-back clients
    • Dual-height spring bar — two resistance profiles in one machine, covering beginner rehab tension through advanced strength work without swapping equipment
    • Stackable frame design — store multiple reformers horizontally, reclaiming 60%+ of floor space during mat sessions or non-reformer classes
    • 3" taller, 8" longer than standard — full carriage travel for users to 6'4", correct mounting height for posture, easier to mount and dismount
    • Built-in tower anchor system — add the Half-Trapeze Tower Conversion Kit later without replacing the frame
    • Rock maple frame — the hardest domestic hardwood, the same species used in commercial gym floors, built to outlast upholstery and hardware by decades

Specs Translated Into What They Mean

Spec What It Means for You
Rock maple wood frame Hardest domestic hardwood — same species used in gym floors. Won't warp or flex under load. Built to outlast fabric and foam components by decades.
7-position Quick Release foot bar Change foot bar position mid-session without stopping. Critical for instructor-led classes with multiple clients at different levels.
Dual-height spring bar Two resistance profiles in one machine. Low for foundational and rehab work; high for advanced resistance. Most reformers offer only one height.
6 springs: 2 red, 2 green, 2 yellow Full resistance spectrum — gentle rehab tension through intense strength work — without spring changes between exercises.
8 polyurethane wheels, precision bearings Near-silent glide under daily use. You'll hear your instructor, not the machine.
3" higher than standard reformers Recommended sitting height for posture correction. Easier to mount and dismount — important for older clients and post-surgical rehab.
8" longer than standard models Full carriage travel for users to 6'4". No range-of-motion compromise for taller practitioners.
Stackable frame design Stack multiple reformers to reclaim 60%+ of floor space during mat sessions or between classes.
10-year structural / 2-year parts warranty Elina stands behind the frame for a decade. One of the strongest warranty positions in the reformer category.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    How does stackable storage work?

The Elite's frame design allows reformers to be stored horizontally on top of each other — not vertically. This reclaims 60%+ of floor space during mat classes or when machines aren't in use. A standard reformer stack holds 3–4 units in the footprint of one. Ceiling clearance required: minimum 4 feet per stacked unit.

How is the Elite different from the standard Wood Reformer?

Key differences: 7-position Quick Release foot bar vs. the Wood Reformer's 4 fixed positions; dual-height spring bar vs. single height; 3" taller and 8" longer frame; stackable design; tower anchor built in. The Wood Reformer is a solid home machine. The Elite is built for instructors and multi-client studio use.

Can I add a tower to the Elite Wood?

Yes. The Elite has a built-in tower anchor engineered specifically for this. The Elite Half-Trapeze Tower Conversion Kit adds full tower functionality without replacing the reformer frame.

    What's the lead time?

4–8 weeks production in Valencia, Spain, plus 1–2 weeks freight transit. Total estimated delivery time from order: 5–10 weeks. We'll confirm a more precise timeline when your order is placed.

    Is financing available?

Yes. Affirm is available at checkout for qualified buyers. For multi-unit studio orders, call 866-861-6317 — we have commercial financing options through Brickhouse Capital and Reliant Capital with longer terms for business purchases.

Do you offer multi-unit pricing for studios?

Yes. Studios ordering 3 or more units qualify for volume pricing. Call 866-861-6317 or email us to request a studio quote. We also coordinate staggered delivery for larger buildouts.

Is this suitable for a rehab or chiropractic setting?

Yes. The dual-height spring bar gives you low-resistance rehab loading and higher-resistance strengthening on one machine. The taller, longer frame accommodates a wider patient range. Several chiropractic practices and physical therapy clinics use the Elite Wood for this reason. Call us if you have clinical configuration questions.

8 polyurethane wheels, precision bearings Near-silent glide under daily use. You'll hear your instructor, not the machine.
3" higher than standard reformers Recommended sitting height for posture correction. Easier to mount and dismount — important for older clients and post-surgical rehab.

Financing for Recovery and Fitness Equipment

Buying for yourself, spread the cost through Affirm at checkout. Buying for a gym, clinic, spa, or studio, apply with one of four business lenders and put the whole room on a single application.

RecovAthlete has no control over any financing decision. Approval is based on your creditworthiness and is solely the lender's decision.

    Personal purchase

Affirm at checkout. Rates run 0% to 36% APR based on your credit profile. Soft check to prequalify, so no impact on your score. No prepayment penalty.

    Business purchase

Brickhouse Capital, Reliant Capital, Acorn Finance, or KWIPPED. Apply with two of the four and compare. Financed equipment can qualify for a Section 179 deduction. Confirm with your accountant.

    Financing by Equipment Category

Every page below has real prices, real monthly payment examples, and the lender comparison for that category. Pick the one you are buying.

    Building a Recovery Room?

Most business buyers are not buying one machine. They are building a room. Sauna, cold plunge, red light, vibration, hyperbaric, cryotherapy, and halotherapy all finance on the same paper through the same four lenders, and RecovAthlete quotes every category on one purchase order.

That means one freight schedule, one install window, and one financing application instead of six. It also gets you a better rate, because a bigger number on one application beats six small ones with six hard inquiries.

See commercial recovery equipment financing, or call 866-861-6317 and we will price the room.

Which Lender Should You Apply With?

Lender Type Amount Speed Best for
Affirm Consumer, at checkout Order total Seconds Personal purchases. 0% to 36% APR based on credit. Soft check to prequalify.
Brickhouse Capital Direct equipment lender Up to $250K on a one-page application, $1M+ with financials ~24 hours A full room or a full floor. Credit decisions made in-house. Tied to the business, not your personal credit report.
Reliant Capital Lender and broker Up to $500K application-only, $5M with financials 2 to 4 hours Medical, aesthetic, and wellness. Deferred payment options. New or used equipment.
Acorn Finance Lending marketplace $1,000 to $100,000 60 seconds to prequalify Comparing offers. One application goes to 30 or more lenders with no impact to your score.
KWIPPED (APPROVE) Lender marketplace Minimum $1,500 equipment value 60-second application Larger commercial orders. Lenders compete, which usually returns the best APR. Businesses only.

Apply with two of the four and compare. It costs nothing and the spread between offers is often significant.

    Financing Questions

    What are Affirm's rates?

Pay in 4 splits the purchase into four interest-free payments charged every two weeks. Monthly installments spread the cost over a longer term, with rates from 0% to 36% APR depending on your credit profile. You see the exact terms before you agree to anything. No origination fees, no prepayment penalty, no late fees.

Will applying hurt my credit score?

Prequalification does not. Affirm and Acorn Finance both run a soft check to show you offers, which has no impact on your score. Proceeding with a monthly installment plan or a business loan may involve a hard inquiry. That is why it pays to prequalify with more than one lender first and only proceed with the best offer.

Can I finance equipment for a business?

Yes, and for most business buyers it is the better route. Brickhouse funds up to $250,000 on a one-page application with no financial statements. Reliant approves in 2 to 4 hours. Business financing is usually tied to the business rather than your personal credit report, and financed equipment can qualify for a Section 179 deduction. Confirm the tax position with your accountant.

Should I finance each machine separately?

No. This is the most common and most expensive mistake. Separate applications mean separate hard inquiries, separate payments, and a worse rate on each, because every individual ticket is small. Get one quote from RecovAthlete covering everything you are buying, including freight, and put that single number on one application.

Does Section 179 apply to financed equipment?

Financed equipment can qualify. Section 179 lets US businesses deduct the cost of qualifying equipment in the year it is placed in service, and financing the purchase does not by itself disqualify it. The equipment must be in service, not merely ordered, within the tax year. Annual limits and eligibility rules are set by the IRS and change year to year, so consult your accountant.

Can freight and installation be financed?

Freight, yes. On Affirm it is part of the order total at checkout. On business financing, put freight on the RecovAthlete quote and the whole quote amount goes on the application. Installation and room construction are harder, because some equipment lenders will not fund non-equipment costs. Ask the lender before you sign.

    Can I pay off early?

Yes. Affirm charges no prepayment penalties. Acorn Finance and most business lenders also allow early payoff without penalty.

    Not sure which option fits?

Tell us what you are buying and whether it is personal or for a business. We will point you at the right two lenders and quote freight and install as one number, which is also the number that goes on the application.

    • Stackable frame design — store multiple reformers horizontally, reclaiming 60%+ of floor space during mat sessions or non-reformer classes

      Great quality

Great machine, gift for my wife. She loves it says it’s as good as the one she used in the commercial studio. Can not go wrong buying this machine. Very heavy so you will need help to move 3 people minimum. Took longer to get than originally quoted. Should give more updates on order fulfillment!!!
