We assure our products will be free from material or workmanship defects during the warranty period. In case of a defect believed to be covered by this warranty, follow the proper return procedure. Defective parts conforming to warranty guidelines will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at BASI Systems' discretion, under these conditions:
- The issue is due to a manufacturing or materials defect.
- The part is used solely for its intended purpose, complying with safety, usage, and maintenance guidelines.
- The defect is not caused by wear and tear, fabric damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or non-compliance with instructions.
- The defect is not due to exposure to harmful chemicals, natural or chemical abrasives.
- The defect is not due to water submersion, indoor flooding, or fire damage.

Assembled height is 213cm. Allow clearance above that for the pull down bar to travel and for a standing client working the arm springs. We suggest 240cm of clear height as a comfortable minimum. Measure to the lowest obstruction in the room, not the highest point of the ceiling.
Does the carriage take a jump board?
Yes. The upholstered jump board is sold separately and swaps in for the removable maple standing platform. It is the same M-Series board used across the range.
Is the machine rated for commercial studio use?
Yes. Align-Pilates specifies the M8-Pro for studio use and has it independently tested to EN ISO 20957-1:2013, with an attestation of conformity available. Maximum user weight is 150kg.
