Can I fit a Full Cadillac to this reformer later?
No. Align-Pilates confirms the C8-S Pro cannot have a Full Cadillac attached. If a full frame is a possibility, buy the C8-Pro with Full Cadillac rather than replacing this machine later.
I already own a C8-S. Can I add the Half Cadillac?
Yes. You need the Half Cadillac frame, the C8-S Leg Extensions to bring the bed to 42cm, and the C8-S bracket PAP-C8SHCADBKT, which is not the same part as the C8 and C2 Pro version. Call us and we will confirm the part list before you order.
What ceiling height do I actually need?
Assembled height is 205cm. Allow clearance above that for the pull down bar and a standing client on the arm springs, measured to the lowest obstruction.

Will applying hurt my credit score?

Can I finance equipment for a business?

Should I finance each machine separately?

Does Section 179 apply to financed equipment?
Financed equipment can qualify. Section 179 lets US businesses deduct the cost of qualifying equipment in the year it is placed in service, and financing the purchase does not by itself disqualify it. The equipment must be in service, not merely ordered, within the tax year. Annual limits and eligibility rules are set by the IRS and change year to year, so consult your accountant.
Can freight and installation be financed?
Freight, yes. On Affirm it is part of the order total at checkout. On business financing, put freight on the RecovAthlete quote and the whole quote amount goes on the application. Installation and room construction are harder, because some equipment lenders will not fund non-equipment costs. Ask the lender before you sign.

Delivery
This bundle ships freight on a pallet and arrives partially assembled. At 118kg it takes two people to move into position, and it is built in the room where it will live, since carrying a finished machine through a doorway is not realistic. Align-Pilates publishes the assembly guide and we send the link with your order.
Common questions
Can I fit a Full Cadillac to this reformer later?
No. Align-Pilates confirms the C8-S Pro cannot have a Full Cadillac attached. If a full frame is a possibility, buy the C8-Pro with Full Cadillac rather than replacing this machine later.
I already own a C8-S. Can I add the Half Cadillac?
Yes. You need the Half Cadillac frame, the C8-S Leg Extensions to bring the bed to 42cm, and the C8-S bracket PAP-C8SHCADBKT, which is not the same part as the C8 and C2 Pro version. Call us and we will confirm the part list before you order.
What ceiling height do I actually need?
Assembled height is 205cm. Allow clearance above that for the pull down bar and a standing client on the arm springs, measured to the lowest obstruction.
Is the gondola pole included?
No. The gondola pole is sold separately here, although the storage hooks for it are fitted under the runner, so it can be added at any point.
Is it rated for commercial studio use?
Yes. Align-Pilates specifies the C8-S Pro for studio use and has it independently tested to ISO 20957-1 Class S. Maximum user weight is 150kg, for users 145cm to 193cm.

Covers domestic and commercial usage up to 37.5 hours per week. User weight limit: 150 kg / 330 lbs. Align-Pilates will repair or replace any mechanical component that malfunctions due to defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period.
Note: wooden frames must not be positioned next to convection radiators or air conditioning units. Springs showing signs of damage or wear must be replaced immediately regardless of age.
Light Commercial Warranty — R8-Pro & F3 Reformers
Applies to: R8-Pro (Black & White), F3 Folding Reformer
Covers domestic use and limited commercial usage up to 20 hours per week. User weight limit: 120 kg / 265 lbs. Align-Pilates will repair or replace any mechanical component that malfunctions due to defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period.
Note: commercial use beyond 20 hours per week voids the warranty on these models.
Commercial Warranty — Combo Chairs & Ladder Barrels
Applies to: Combo Chair III, Ladder Barrel RC
Covers domestic and commercial usage up to 37.5 hours per week. User weight limit: 150 kg / 330 lbs.
Moving mechanisms include the Rapid Change Ladder Barrel and Combo Chair locking handles. Springs showing damage or wear must be replaced immediately regardless of age.

- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from negligence, misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Superficial scratches to the finish
- Upholstery tears, cuts, burns, stains, or damage from improper use (jewelry, inappropriate clothing)
- Rust from improper storage — store in a clean, dry environment; in coastal areas, wipe down regularly and minimize exposure to sea air
- Shipping costs, customs fees, or installation costs for warranty parts
- Equipment used outside of recognized Pilates repertoire

- We will contact Align-Pilates or their authorized North American distributor on your behalf
- A return authorization number (RNA) will be issued if a return is required — items returned without an RNA will not be accepted
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back for inspection
- Parts repaired or replaced under warranty are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period only
