What's the difference between the C8-S Pro and the standard C8-Pro? +
The C8-S Pro has a more refined, aesthetically focused frame profile. Performance specs are very similar — both have ISO Class S rating, 8 PU wheel carriage, and RC spring bar. The C8-S has slightly less travel (105cm vs 106.5cm on the C8-Pro) and a cleaner visual design. Choose the C8-S when the reformer's look matters as much as its performance.
Is the C8-S Pro suitable for high-volume group classes? +

Commercial Warranty — A, C & M Series Reformers
Applies to: A8-Pro, C8-Pro, C8-S Pro, C8-PRO Noir, M8-Pro, Full & Half Cadillac systems
Covers domestic and commercial usage up to 37.5 hours per week. User weight limit: 150 kg / 330 lbs. Align-Pilates will repair or replace any mechanical component that malfunctions due to defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period.
Note: wooden frames must not be positioned next to convection radiators or air conditioning units. Springs showing signs of damage or wear must be replaced immediately regardless of age.
Light Commercial Warranty — R8-Pro & F3 Reformers
Applies to: R8-Pro (Black & White), F3 Folding Reformer
Covers domestic use and limited commercial usage up to 20 hours per week. User weight limit: 120 kg / 265 lbs. Align-Pilates will repair or replace any mechanical component that malfunctions due to defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period.
Note: commercial use beyond 20 hours per week voids the warranty on these models.
Commercial Warranty — Combo Chairs & Ladder Barrels
Applies to: Combo Chair III, Ladder Barrel RC
Covers domestic and commercial usage up to 37.5 hours per week. User weight limit: 150 kg / 330 lbs.
Moving mechanisms include the Rapid Change Ladder Barrel and Combo Chair locking handles. Springs showing damage or wear must be replaced immediately regardless of age.

- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Superficial scratches to the finish
- Upholstery tears, cuts, burns, stains, or damage from improper use (jewelry, inappropriate clothing)
- Rust from improper storage — store in a clean, dry environment; in coastal areas, wipe down regularly and minimize exposure to sea air
- Shipping costs, customs fees, or installation costs for warranty parts
- Equipment used outside of recognized Pilates repertoire

- A return authorization number (RNA) will be issued if a return is required — items returned without an RNA will not be accepted
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back for inspection
- Parts repaired or replaced under warranty are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period only
