Shipping & Returns Policy – Align Pilates (RecovAthlete)

Shipping Policy

RecovAthlete offers shipping of Align Pilates equipment within the continental United States (lower 48 states) only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, or to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, provided the item is in stock.
• Freight Delivery: Large Align Pilates equipment is shipped via insured curbside freight delivery. The driver will deliver the item to your curb or driveway.
• Customer Responsibility:
  • Moving the equipment from the curb to your space
  • Assembling the equipment
  • Assisting with unloading if the item is oversized or if lift-gate service isn’t possible

📦 Important: Once your order ships, we cannot change the delivery address. If the shipment fails due to an incorrect address, return fees may apply.

Returns Policy

✅ If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
• Include photos and a clear description of the issue.
• Once confirmed, we’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund.

🔁 If you change your mind:

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at your expense within 7 days of receipt.

ALIGN-PILATES™ LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Align-Pilates Limited Lifetime Warranty Overview

This document outlines the terms of the Limited Lifetime Warranty offered by Align-Pilates. This warranty is provided to the initial purchaser of Align-Pilates products, effective from the purchase date as verified by the original invoice. The warranty is applicable under a Light Commercial Warranty condition, with a usage limit of 27.5 hours per week.

Warranty Coverage:

• Align-Pilates commits to repairing or replacing mechanical parts that exhibit defects in material or workmanship.
• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damages from negligence, misuse, alterations, unauthorized repairs, surface scratches, upholstery tears or indentations.
• For repairs or replacements, the product may need to be returned for evaluation. Any repaired or replaced parts will be warranted for the remaining original warranty period only. This warranty does not include shipping costs, customs fees, or installation costs of repaired or replaced parts.

Warranty Void Conditions:

• The warranty is void if springs are not replaced as specified, if safety and maintenance instructions are not followed, if the equipment is used outside of Pilates repertoire, or if it suffers from accidents, abuse, improper servicing, or unauthorized modifications.

Warranty Periods for Specific Components:

• Metal & Aluminum Frames & Welded Components: 10 years.
• Wooden Frames, Gear Bar, and Foot Bar Mechanisms: 5 years (with specific conditions regarding placement).
• Other Non-Wear and Tear Components: 2 years.
• Ropes, Straps, Spring Clips, Handles, Fuzzies, Wheels, Foot Straps, Rotational Disks & Powder Coating: 1 year.
• Springs: 2 years or 3,000 hours, with a 5% tolerance in spring power reduction every 1,500 hours. Replacement is required after 3,000 hours or 2 years, whichever comes first.
• Upholstery: 90 days, excluding damage from cuts, scratches, burns, stains, or improper use. Recommended cleaning with GymWipes and avoiding harsh chemicals.

Warranty Return Procedure:

• Contact Align-Pilates or an authorized Distributor for return authorization.
• Customers bear the cost of returning products for warranty service, as well as any damages or losses during return shipment.
• Return freight costs are also the customer's responsibility if warranty service is declined.
• Returns without a pre-approved authorization number will not be accepted.

Limitation of Liability:

• This warranty supersedes any other warranties, expressed or implied.
• Align-Pilates and its Distributors are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
