The Artistry Reformer is built to order and cannot be returned, so check these points first.
Send us these before you order
The Peak Pilates® Artistry® Reformer is a solid wood Pilates reformer for classical studio work. You pick beechwood or walnut, then rope, vegan synthetic straps or leather straps. The frame, carriage, footbar and five springs match on every build, so the real choice is what your clients hold.

RecovAthlete is an authorized Peak Pilates dealer. The Peak Pilates studio line warranty starts on the invoice date of a purchase through an authorized dealer.
Rope is the classical studio setup, with nylon swivel ropes, neoprene handles and retractable risers. The vegan build uses adjustable synthetic straps and synthetic swivel handles, with no animal products in the strap package. The leather build ships the rope and riser package plus leather primary straps and leather swivel handles.

The frame measures 90 x 26 in (229 x 66 cm) and weighs 157 lb (71 kg). Peak Pilates asks for 3 ft of clear space around it, so plan on about 13.5 x 8.2 ft of floor.
Peak Pilates lists a recommended maximum user weight of 300 lb (136 kg). The owner's manual rates the machine for commercial studio use under a certified Pilates instructor. Peak Pilates also markets it for high-end home studios.
It ships without a tower. The steel carriage flips, and Peak Pilates built that flip for a later tower or twin mat upgrade.

Choose rope if you teach classical rope and riser work. Choose vegan if your studio keeps animal products out of its equipment, since that build uses synthetic straps and handles. Choose leather if you want leather straps and handles as your standard feel.
Both, with one condition. Peak Pilates rates it for commercial studios and wants sessions led by a certified instructor. Home buyers who are not instructors should plan sessions with one.
Yes, through an upgrade. The carriage flips to take a tower or twin mats, but those parts are not listed on our store, so ask us. For tower work from day one, the TWS version is the simpler buy.
Plan about 13.5 x 8.2 ft per machine. That is the frame plus the clear zone Peak Pilates wants on each side. Route checks are in the Before You Order tab.
Peak Pilates color codes each spring at the hook end. Blue is light, yellow is medium and red is heavy. The reformer ships with two blue, two yellow and one red.
No. The Standard Long/Short Box, short box bar and long spine extension straps are included. The jump board and side split platform are sold separately by Peak Pilates.
Expect a two-person job. The frame comes as one piece, and you install the carriage, springs and strap system. Peak Pilates packs the hex keys and socket you need.
Look over the machine daily and check the springs weekly. Check the hardware and wheel axles every two months, and grease the threaded knobs every six months. Peak Pilates says to swap the full spring set every two years in a normal studio.
No. Large Peak Pilates equipment ships as final sale. Confirm the wood finish and strap build with us before you order.
The price for each wood and strap build shows at the top of this page when you select the options. Ask us about financing and multi-unit studio orders.
Timing follows the Peak Pilates build schedule, since every unit is made to order. We confirm the current date when you order. The freight carrier then calls you to book delivery.
Peak Pilates has not yet published a walkthrough of the current Artistry Reformer. Its setup and care videos for other Peak Pilates reformers are on the Peak Pilates YouTube channel.
For a closer look at the rope, vegan and leather builds, book a call from the Description tab and we will walk you through them.
The current manual is written for the rope build. Where the two editions differ, the 2026 manual and the Peak Pilates product page apply.
Buying for yourself, spread the cost through Affirm at checkout. Buying for a gym, clinic, spa, or studio, apply with one of four business lenders and put the whole room on a single application.
RecovAthlete has no control over any financing decision. Approval is based on your creditworthiness and is solely the lender's decision.
Affirm at checkout. Rates run 0% to 36% APR based on your credit profile. Soft check to prequalify, so no impact on your score. No prepayment penalty.
Brickhouse Capital, Reliant Capital, Acorn Finance, or KWIPPED. Apply with two of the four and compare. Financed equipment can qualify for a Section 179 deduction. Confirm with your accountant.
Every page below has real prices, real monthly payment examples, and the lender comparison for that category. Pick the one you are buying.
Most business buyers are not buying one machine. They are building a room. Sauna, cold plunge, red light, vibration, hyperbaric, cryotherapy, and halotherapy all finance on the same paper through the same four lenders, and RecovAthlete quotes every category on one purchase order.
That means one freight schedule, one install window, and one financing application instead of six. It also gets you a better rate, because a bigger number on one application beats six small ones with six hard inquiries.
See commercial recovery equipment financing, or call 866-861-6317 and we will price the room.
| Lender | Type | Amount | Speed | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Affirm | Consumer, at checkout | Order total | Seconds | Personal purchases. 0% to 36% APR based on credit. Soft check to prequalify. |
| Brickhouse Capital | Direct equipment lender | Up to $250K on a one-page application, $1M+ with financials | ~24 hours | A full room or a full floor. Credit decisions made in-house. Tied to the business, not your personal credit report. |
| Reliant Capital | Lender and broker | Up to $500K application-only, $5M with financials | 2 to 4 hours | Medical, aesthetic, and wellness. Deferred payment options. New or used equipment. |
| Acorn Finance | Lending marketplace | $1,000 to $100,000 | 60 seconds to prequalify | Comparing offers. One application goes to 30 or more lenders with no impact to your score. |
| KWIPPED (APPROVE) | Lender marketplace | Minimum $1,500 equipment value | 60-second application | Larger commercial orders. Lenders compete, which usually returns the best APR. Businesses only. |
Apply with two of the four and compare. It costs nothing and the spread between offers is often significant.

Pay in 4 splits the purchase into four interest-free payments charged every two weeks. Monthly installments spread the cost over a longer term, with rates from 0% to 36% APR depending on your credit profile. You see the exact terms before you agree to anything. No origination fees, no prepayment penalty, no late fees.
Prequalification does not. Affirm and Acorn Finance both run a soft check to show you offers, which has no impact on your score. Proceeding with a monthly installment plan or a business loan may involve a hard inquiry. That is why it pays to prequalify with more than one lender first and only proceed with the best offer.
Yes, and for most business buyers it is the better route. Brickhouse funds up to $250,000 on a one-page application with no financial statements. Reliant approves in 2 to 4 hours. Business financing is usually tied to the business rather than your personal credit report, and financed equipment can qualify for a Section 179 deduction. Confirm the tax position with your accountant.
No. This is the most common and most expensive mistake. Separate applications mean separate hard inquiries, separate payments, and a worse rate on each, because every individual ticket is small. Get one quote from RecovAthlete covering everything you are buying, including freight, and put that single number on one application.
Financed equipment can qualify. Section 179 lets US businesses deduct the cost of qualifying equipment in the year it is placed in service, and financing the purchase does not by itself disqualify it. The equipment must be in service, not merely ordered, within the tax year. Annual limits and eligibility rules are set by the IRS and change year to year, so consult your accountant.
Freight, yes. On Affirm it is part of the order total at checkout. On business financing, put freight on the RecovAthlete quote and the whole quote amount goes on the application. Installation and room construction are harder, because some equipment lenders will not fund non-equipment costs. Ask the lender before you sign.
Yes. Affirm charges no prepayment penalties. Acorn Finance and most business lenders also allow early payoff without penalty.
Tell us what you are buying and whether it is personal or for a business. We will point you at the right two lenders and quote freight and install as one number, which is also the number that goes on the application.
