1. Estimated Shipping Time

Shipping times for our hyperbaric chambers vary depending on the model and typically range from 4 to 8 weeks. Most of these chambers are typically shipped by FedEx Air and usually take about 1 week to arrive at the customer’s doorstep. Please be aware that all estimated shipping times are subject to change due to factors such as supply chain issues, production delays, or high demand for shipping services. We will notify you of any significant changes to the estimated delivery time.

2. Packaging

Your hyperbaric chamber will be delivered in the following manner:

• Standard Chambers: Delivered in 2-4 wooden boxes:

  • First Wooden Box: Contains the hyperbaric chamber.
  • Second Wooden Box: Contains the operating unit.

3. Shipping Methods

• Free Curbside Shipping: All hyperbaric chambers include free curbside shipping. The shipping company will contact you directly to schedule a delivery time and date. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for a forklift to unload the truck at the delivery site.

• White Glove Installation (Optional): For an additional fee, White Glove Delivery service is available. This service includes:

  • Delivery to the White Glove Delivery warehouse.
  • Coordination with you to schedule a delivery time and date.
  • Forklift rental, operator, and ground-level installation at your location.

4. Duties and Taxes

For OXYREVO chambers, RecovAthlete will cover the duties and taxes on behalf of the customer on most items

5. Delivery Process

• Curbside Delivery: Upon delivery, the shipping company will drop off the shipment at the curbside of your address. You will need to arrange for a forklift to unload the items from the truck.

• White Glove Delivery: If selected, the White Glove service will handle the delivery and installation, ensuring that the hyperbaric chamber is properly set up and placed at ground level.

6. Responsibility and Additional Charges

• Customer Responsibility: For curbside deliveries, it is your responsibility to arrange for a forklift to unload the items from the truck.
• Additional Charges: White Glove Installation services incur additional charges and are not included in the free shipping offer.
