    M2 Megaformer Features & Specifications

    • Carriage: This simple, flat carriage is designed for stretching and exercises performed lying flat on the back. Two (2) openings for hand and foot placement are located on the front and back of the carriage. (Do not put hands or feet through holes. Hands: keep wrists straight and strong. Feet: grip with toes.)
    • Handles: Curved adjustable handles are located on the front and back.
    • Platform: Square pads only, which changed in the newer models to be more comfortable on the user’s wrists.
    • Springs: 6
    • Dimensions: 125” L x 30.5” W x 30.75” H, 17.5” from floor to top of the carriage
    • Weight: 250 pounds

    THE MEGAFORMER™

    The Megaformer is the second generation of Lagree Fitness equipment and currently holds 74 patents. This training machine is designed for all fitness levels, ages, and body types. Traditionally the Megaformer is used in a class environment, so it is built for heavy usage and provides features and technology suited to fast-paced workouts.

    Claire from RecovAthlete has been great to work with after Purchasing my Bodysolid Fusion 600 with Multihip and leg press. The machine is extremely versatile and goes up to 310 lb stack which of this type of multi machine is the heaviest on the market. I would give the machine itself 4 stars. It definitely could use a refresh in the design to allow more cable tensioning options as the cables loosen through use and rather than using stickers on areas of contact and wear I wish there was a better longer lasting option. Also the cable arms could use reinforcement to handle the heavier loads. And the multi hip would work better on a 1 to 1 cable ratio. But overall it is the most versatile and it does all of the movements with a lot of adjustability which is what I needed for my compact space in my home gym. I am 6 foot 1 and my wife is 5 foot 3 and it works well for both of us.
