    Description

Cascade Ultra Runner Plus Treadmill: the no-motor curved treadmill built for HIIT, sled training, and real performance.

The Ultra Runner Plus is Cascade's top-tier curved treadmill — wider running surface, more resistance levels, and commercial-grade construction. No motor, no power cord. Your effort drives it. Use it for sprint intervals, sled push simulation, or steady-state cardio. It does all three well.

✓ Authorized Cascade Fitness Dealer — sold and supported by RecovAthlete (866-861-6317)

Used in CrossFit boxes, physical therapy clinics, and home gyms.
    Best For
    • Home gyms, PT clinics, and CrossFit-style setups needing commercial-grade curved treadmill performance
    • HIIT and sled-push training at adjustable resistance levels
    • Taller athletes (6'+) who need a wider 19" running deck
    • Anyone who wants a complete cardio machine with no subscription and no power bill
    Not Ideal For
    • Buyers who prefer the motor-driven belt feel of a traditional treadmill
    • Spaces under 10' × 6' — clearance needed behind the machine
    • Users who want zero resistance for long-distance free running
    Why RecovAthlete Carries This

We carry the Ultra Runner Plus because it's the best-value commercial curved treadmill for home gyms that need real sled-push capability. The 19" deck and 6-level resistance make it genuinely versatile — not a one-trick sprint machine. The wider surface and two extra resistance levels versus the standard model matter for taller users and serious HIIT programming. It's the model we'd buy ourselves for a serious home gym.

    Who Buys This

    • Home gym owners building a serious cardio setup without monthly fees
    • Physical therapists running return-to-sport and gait rehab programs
    • CrossFit athletes and HIIT coaches who want sled-push variety in a compact footprint
    • Taller athletes (over 6') who find standard curved treadmills too narrow

Why This Over a Standard Curved Treadmill

    • 6 resistance levels vs. 4 on the standard Cascade Ultra Runner — wider range from free running to true sled-push intensity
    • 19" running surface (vs. 17") — better for tall users and longer strides
    • Commercial-grade frame rated to 350 lbs — built to hold up in clinic and gym settings
    • No motor, no electricity — your pace drives the belt. No motor to service, no cord to run.
    • 7 built-in workout modes including 20/10 and 20/30 intervals, custom settings, and 4 target programs
    • Battery-powered console — place it anywhere, no outlet needed

Specs Translated Into What They Mean

    Frequently Asked Questions

What's the real difference between the Ultra Runner Plus and the standard Ultra Runner?
Two things: running surface width and resistance range. The Plus has a 19" deck vs. 17" on the standard Ultra Runner, and 6 levels of magnetic resistance vs. 4. The wider deck matters most for taller users (6'+ or longer stride). The extra resistance levels matter if you want a true sled-push simulation at the top end. If you're under 6' and don't need extreme resistance, the standard model is a strong choice. Call 866-861-6317 if you're on the fence.
Is the Cascade Ultra Runner Plus good for HIIT and CrossFit workouts?
Yes — it was built for exactly this. The 7 built-in console programs include 20/10 and 20/30 Tabata-style intervals. The 6-level magnetic resistance lets you simulate sled pushes at the high end. And because there's no motor, you set pace naturally — no need to adjust a speed dial mid-sprint. It's a popular choice for garage gyms, CrossFit boxes, and PT clinics running sport-return protocols.
How much space does the Cascade Ultra Runner Plus need?
The machine footprint is 74" L × 34" W (about 6'2" × 2'10"). For safe use, add at least 3 feet behind it. Plan for a minimum 10' × 5' clear area. The rear handle and integrated wheels let you park it against a wall when not in use.
Does the Cascade Ultra Runner Plus require assembly?
It arrives largely pre-assembled. The main steps are attaching the handlebars and leveling the feet. Most setups take 30–60 minutes with two people — it weighs 335 lbs so having help is important. A full setup guide ships with the unit. Call 866-861-6317 if you have questions before or after delivery.
How noisy is it? Can I use it in an apartment?
Without a motor, the main noise is footfall on the rubber slats — considerably quieter than a motorized treadmill. The vulcanized rubber slats and sealed bearings further dampen sound. Apartment use is possible with a quality treadmill mat under the machine to reduce vibration transmission to floors below.
Is there resistance even at level 1, or is it free-running at the lowest setting?
There is a slight drag at level 1 — inherent to magnetic resistance systems. It's minimal for most users. If you need a zero-resistance feel for long-distance training, this is worth knowing before you buy. Most buyers find level 1 comfortable for warm-up pace and steady-state cardio. Levels 4–6 are where the sled-push intensity kicks in. Call 866-861-6317 and our team can walk you through it.
Does RecovAthlete handle delivery and setup for the Ultra Runner Plus?

The Ultra Runner Plus ships via freight to your address. Delivery details — including threshold vs. room-of-choice options — vary by location. Contact us at 866-861-6317 or info@recovathlete.com before ordering and we'll confirm exactly what's available for your zip code.

Financing for Recovery and Fitness Equipment

Buying for yourself, spread the cost through Affirm at checkout. Buying for a gym, clinic, spa, or studio, apply with one of four business lenders and put the whole room on a single application.

RecovAthlete has no control over any financing decision. Approval is based on your creditworthiness and is solely the lender's decision.

    Personal purchase

Affirm at checkout. Rates run 0% to 36% APR based on your credit profile. Soft check to prequalify, so no impact on your score. No prepayment penalty.

    Business purchase

Brickhouse Capital, Reliant Capital, Acorn Finance, or KWIPPED. Apply with two of the four and compare. Financed equipment can qualify for a Section 179 deduction. Confirm with your accountant.

    Financing by Equipment Category

Every page below has real prices, real monthly payment examples, and the lender comparison for that category. Pick the one you are buying.

    Building a Recovery Room?

Most business buyers are not buying one machine. They are building a room. Sauna, cold plunge, red light, vibration, hyperbaric, cryotherapy, and halotherapy all finance on the same paper through the same four lenders, and RecovAthlete quotes every category on one purchase order.

That means one freight schedule, one install window, and one financing application instead of six. It also gets you a better rate, because a bigger number on one application beats six small ones with six hard inquiries.

See commercial recovery equipment financing, or call 866-861-6317 and we will price the room.

Which Lender Should You Apply With?

Lender Type Amount Speed Best for
Affirm Consumer, at checkout Order total Seconds Personal purchases. 0% to 36% APR based on credit. Soft check to prequalify.
Brickhouse Capital Direct equipment lender Up to $250K on a one-page application, $1M+ with financials ~24 hours A full room or a full floor. Credit decisions made in-house. Tied to the business, not your personal credit report.
Reliant Capital Lender and broker Up to $500K application-only, $5M with financials 2 to 4 hours Medical, aesthetic, and wellness. Deferred payment options. New or used equipment.
Acorn Finance Lending marketplace $1,000 to $100,000 60 seconds to prequalify Comparing offers. One application goes to 30 or more lenders with no impact to your score.
KWIPPED (APPROVE) Lender marketplace Minimum $1,500 equipment value 60-second application Larger commercial orders. Lenders compete, which usually returns the best APR. Businesses only.

Apply with two of the four and compare. It costs nothing and the spread between offers is often significant.

    Financing Questions

    What are Affirm's rates?

Pay in 4 splits the purchase into four interest-free payments charged every two weeks. Monthly installments spread the cost over a longer term, with rates from 0% to 36% APR depending on your credit profile. You see the exact terms before you agree to anything. No origination fees, no prepayment penalty, no late fees.

Will applying hurt my credit score?

Prequalification does not. Affirm and Acorn Finance both run a soft check to show you offers, which has no impact on your score. Proceeding with a monthly installment plan or a business loan may involve a hard inquiry. That is why it pays to prequalify with more than one lender first and only proceed with the best offer.

Can I finance equipment for a business?

Yes, and for most business buyers it is the better route. Brickhouse funds up to $250,000 on a one-page application with no financial statements. Reliant approves in 2 to 4 hours. Business financing is usually tied to the business rather than your personal credit report, and financed equipment can qualify for a Section 179 deduction. Confirm the tax position with your accountant.

Should I finance each machine separately?

No. This is the most common and most expensive mistake. Separate applications mean separate hard inquiries, separate payments, and a worse rate on each, because every individual ticket is small. Get one quote from RecovAthlete covering everything you are buying, including freight, and put that single number on one application.

Does Section 179 apply to financed equipment?

Financed equipment can qualify. Section 179 lets US businesses deduct the cost of qualifying equipment in the year it is placed in service, and financing the purchase does not by itself disqualify it. The equipment must be in service, not merely ordered, within the tax year. Annual limits and eligibility rules are set by the IRS and change year to year, so consult your accountant.

Can freight and installation be financed?

Freight, yes. On Affirm it is part of the order total at checkout. On business financing, put freight on the RecovAthlete quote and the whole quote amount goes on the application. Installation and room construction are harder, because some equipment lenders will not fund non-equipment costs. Ask the lender before you sign.

    Can I pay off early?

Yes. Affirm charges no prepayment penalties. Acorn Finance and most business lenders also allow early payoff without penalty.

    Not sure which option fits?

Tell us what you are buying and whether it is personal or for a business. We will point you at the right two lenders and quote freight and install as one number, which is also the number that goes on the application.

Every Cascade Fitness machine sold through RecovAthlete is backed by the full manufacturer warranty. As an authorized dealer, we honor that coverage directly — you don't need to navigate between the retailer and manufacturer to get a warranty issue resolved.

Authorized Cascade Fitness Dealer — full warranty applies

Purchasing through an unauthorized reseller voids your warranty. RecovAthlete is an authorized dealer. Every machine purchased here is eligible for the complete coverage below from day one.

    Coverage by Component

    Component Coverage Period
    Frame Lifetime
    Parts 5 Years
    Wearables 2 Years
    Electronics 2 Years
    Labor 1 Year

Wearables include belts, pedals, grips, and other high-contact parts subject to normal wear. Electronics coverage applies only to models with electronic components.

Why this matters: Most fitness equipment warranties offer 1 year on wearables and electronics. Cascade's 2-year coverage on both is above the category standard — and the lifetime frame warranty means the core machine is covered for as long as you own it.

    2. Contact Cascade directly to submit a claim

Call Cascade support at 1-425-402-4062 or complete the Warranty Claim Form on their website. For pre-claim questions, you can also reach us at 866-861-6317 and we'll help you through the process.

    • Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only. It does not transfer to a second owner if the machine is resold.
    • Normal wear and tear on wearable parts (belts, pedals, grips) is covered for 2 years from purchase — not indefinitely.
    • Damage from misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, or use outside the machine's rated capacity is not covered.
    • Electronics coverage applies only to models with electronic components (console, Bluetooth, resistance motor). Purely mechanical models are covered under frame, parts, wearables, and labor only.
    • Purchasing from an unauthorized dealer voids your warranty. RecovAthlete is an authorized dealer — your coverage is fully intact.
