How to Make a Warranty Claim

Register within 30 days of purchase
Complete warranty registration on the Cascade Health & Fitness website. Registration is required to validate your warranty. Keep your proof of purchase — the warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
Contact Cascade directly to submit a claim
Call Cascade support at 1-425-402-4062 or complete the Warranty Claim Form on their website. For pre-claim questions, you can also reach us at 866-861-6317 and we'll help you through the process.
Document the issue before shipping anything
Photograph the defect clearly before any repair or return shipment. Cascade will advise on whether the part will be sent to you, or whether the machine needs to be returned. Do not ship anything until you have written confirmation of the claim.

Important Notes

Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only. It does not transfer to a second owner if the machine is resold.
Normal wear and tear on wearable parts (belts, pedals, grips) is covered for 2 years from purchase — not indefinitely.
Damage from misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, or use outside the machine's rated capacity is not covered.
Electronics coverage applies only to models with electronic components (console, Bluetooth, resistance motor). Purely mechanical models are covered under frame, parts, wearables, and labor only.

Claire from RecovAthlete has been great to work with after Purchasing my Bodysolid Fusion 600 with Multihip and leg press. The machine is extremely versatile and goes up to 310 lb stack which of this type of multi machine is the heaviest on the market. I would give the machine itself 4 stars. It definitely could use a refresh in the design to allow more cable tensioning options as the cables loosen through use and rather than using stickers on areas of contact and wear I wish there was a better longer lasting option. Also the cable arms could use reinforcement to handle the heavier loads. And the multi hip would work better on a 1 to 1 cable ratio. But overall it is the most versatile and it does all of the movements with a lot of adjustability which is what I needed for my compact space in my home gym. I am 6 foot 1 and my wife is 5 foot 3 and it works well for both of us.
