Delivery
Everything ships freight on pallets and arrives partially assembled. Plan for two people per machine and build each one in the room where it will live, because an assembled A8-Pro with a Half Cadillac fitted does not pass through a standard doorway. Expect several delivery appointments across a window rather than one date, and someone on site for each.
Common questions
How long does it take, and how does the freight arrive?
Lead time is 8 to 12 weeks from order confirmation, and it does not arrive on one truck on one day. It moves as multiple separate consignments across a two or three week window, because the reformers, the Cadillac, the chairs and the barrels travel as different pallet loads. Plan the opening date around the last one.
Can I swap components in or out?
The package is a fixed configuration, so it is not a pick and mix. What we can usually do is quote an addition alongside it, a fifth reformer or an extra chair, on the same order so it ships in the same programme.
How much floor space do I really need?
Roughly 1,800 sq ft of usable floor. Four stations at 263cm by 75cm each, with walk around space and a clear rope end, take most of one side of a studio, and the Cadillac, chairs and barrels need their own zone.
Can I order the package in stages?
You can place separate orders over time, but the package is quoted as one order. Split it and each later purchase is priced on its own, with lead time restarting from each confirmation.
What if one consignment arrives damaged?
Inspect every pallet before you sign. Note damage on the carrier paperwork at delivery, photograph the pallet, and call us the same day on 866-861-6317. Damage recorded at delivery is straightforward for us to resolve with the carrier and Align, and one affected consignment does not hold up the rest of the build.
Align-Pilates equipment is backed by manufacturer warranties issued directly by Align-Pilates Equipment Ltd. The warranty that applies to your purchase depends on the product type. All warranties are for the original purchaser only and are non-transferable.

Commercial Warranty — A, C & M Series Reformers
Applies to: A8-Pro, C8-Pro, C8-S Pro, C8-PRO Noir, M8-Pro, Full & Half Cadillac systems
Covers domestic and commercial usage up to 37.5 hours per week. User weight limit: 150 kg / 330 lbs. Align-Pilates will repair or replace any mechanical component that malfunctions due to defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period.
Note: wooden frames must not be positioned next to convection radiators or air conditioning units. Springs showing signs of damage or wear must be replaced immediately regardless of age.
Light Commercial Warranty — R8-Pro & F3 Reformers
Applies to: R8-Pro (Black & White), F3 Folding Reformer
Covers domestic use and limited commercial usage up to 20 hours per week. User weight limit: 120 kg / 265 lbs. Align-Pilates will repair or replace any mechanical component that malfunctions due to defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period.
Note: commercial use beyond 20 hours per week voids the warranty on these models.
Commercial Warranty — Combo Chairs & Ladder Barrels
Applies to: Combo Chair III, Ladder Barrel RC
Covers domestic and commercial usage up to 37.5 hours per week. User weight limit: 150 kg / 330 lbs.
Moving mechanisms include the Rapid Change Ladder Barrel and Combo Chair locking handles. Springs showing damage or wear must be replaced immediately regardless of age.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from negligence, misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Superficial scratches to the finish
- Upholstery tears, cuts, burns, stains, or damage from improper use (jewelry, inappropriate clothing)
- Rust from improper storage — store in a clean, dry environment; in coastal areas, wipe down regularly and minimize exposure to sea air
- Shipping costs, customs fees, or installation costs for warranty parts
- Equipment used outside of recognized Pilates repertoire
Warranty Claim Procedure
- Contact us at 866-861-6317 or support@recovathlete.com to initiate a claim
- We will contact Align-Pilates or their authorized North American distributor on your behalf
- A return authorization number (RNA) will be issued if a return is required — items returned without an RNA will not be accepted
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back for inspection
- Parts repaired or replaced under warranty are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period only
