Ships freight on a pallet at 125kg and needs two people to move into position. Assemble it in the room where it will live, because an assembled Cadillac at 216cm does not go through a doorway. Should I finance each machine separately?

Does Section 179 apply to financed equipment?
Financed equipment can qualify. The equipment must be in service, not merely ordered, within the tax year. Annual limits and eligibility rules are set by the IRS and change year to year, so consult your accountant.
Can freight and installation be financed?

Nothing has to be bought to make this apparatus work. Unlike the frame only version it arrives complete, with no reformer, bracket, extender or converter to add. What it does require is something we cannot ship you.
- A room that clears 216cm with headroom to spare. The frame is 216cm before any allowance for the trapeze arc or a standing client on the bed.
- A permanent position and two people at delivery. 125kg on a 216cm by 76cm footprint must be built in the room it will stay in, and the crated parts have to get through your doors.

Delivery
Ships freight on a pallet at 125kg and needs two people to move into position. Assemble it in the room where it will live, because an assembled Cadillac at 216cm does not go through a doorway. Check the crate route before the pallet arrives. White glove delivery and in room assembly are available as a paid add on. Align-Pilates publishes the assembly guide and we send the link with your order confirmation.
Common questions
Do I need a reformer to use this?
No. This is the freestanding version on its own Cadillac base frame. It needs no reformer, bracket set, platform extender or mattress converter. That is the whole difference between this and the frame only SKU.
What ceiling height do I actually need?
The frame is 216cm assembled, over 7 feet. Above that you need clearance for the trapeze to move and for a client to stand upright on the bed. Around 240cm of clear height is workable. Measure to the lowest obstruction, including beams, ductwork and light fittings.
Can it be moved or taken down later?
Not easily. At 125kg on a 216cm by 76cm frame it is a permanent installation and does not pass a standard doorway assembled. Choose the room and position before it ships, and build it there.
Should I buy this or the frame only version?
Buy this if you have no compatible reformer, or want the Cadillac permanently set up and the reformer left free. Buy the Full Cadillac Frame if you own a compatible C-Series reformer and are happy to convert it. Both carry the same upper frame and the same 12 spring set, so the repertoire does not change.
What is the maximum user weight?
Align-Pilates publishes no maximum user weight or certification figure for this product, and we will not borrow one from another model. Call us with your requirement and we will put the question to Align-Pilates directly rather than guess.

Covers domestic and commercial usage up to 37.5 hours per week. User weight limit: 150 kg / 330 lbs. Align-Pilates will repair or replace any mechanical component that malfunctions due to defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period.
Note: wooden frames must not be positioned next to convection radiators or air conditioning units. Springs showing signs of damage or wear must be replaced immediately regardless of age.
Light Commercial Warranty — R8-Pro & F3 Reformers
Applies to: R8-Pro (Black & White), F3 Folding Reformer
Covers domestic use and limited commercial usage up to 20 hours per week. User weight limit: 120 kg / 265 lbs. Align-Pilates will repair or replace any mechanical component that malfunctions due to defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period.
Note: commercial use beyond 20 hours per week voids the warranty on these models.
Commercial Warranty — Combo Chairs & Ladder Barrels
Applies to: Combo Chair III, Ladder Barrel RC
Covers domestic and commercial usage up to 37.5 hours per week. User weight limit: 150 kg / 330 lbs.
Moving mechanisms include the Rapid Change Ladder Barrel and Combo Chair locking handles. Springs showing damage or wear must be replaced immediately regardless of age.

- Damage from negligence, misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Superficial scratches to the finish
- Upholstery tears, cuts, burns, stains, or damage from improper use (jewelry, inappropriate clothing)
- Rust from improper storage — store in a clean, dry environment; in coastal areas, wipe down regularly and minimize exposure to sea air
- Shipping costs, customs fees, or installation costs for warranty parts
- Equipment used outside of recognized Pilates repertoire
