TheraSauna® offers a comprehensive warranty for its indoor sauna units, ensuring coverage against defects and certain damages under specific conditions.

Labor and Service:
- Authorized Service Agents: TheraSauna® covers labor within 25 miles of customer’s residence during the first year, based on pre-established rates.
- Exclusions: Does not cover labor for disassembly/reassembly or non-authorized agents.
Shipping and Handling:
- Products claimed as defective must be shipped to TheraSauna® Classic, freight prepaid. Returned products are shipped back freight collect.
