Does the Nature 4 use infrared or steam heat?

The Nature 4 is a dry infrared sauna only. It uses 6 full spectrum infrared heaters and does not have a steam stove. For a hybrid outdoor sauna with both infrared and steam, look at the Nature 7 (dry + steam, cedar construction, 220V) or Nature 8 Plus.

How heavy is the Nature 4 outdoor sauna?

What the Warranty Covers

The Medical Breakthrough series of massage chairs are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under typical residential use for a period of three (3) years from the date of receipt by the original end-user consumer.

This is a parts warranty. Replacement parts for covered defects are provided at no charge during the warranty period. Service and labor costs are not included and would be charged separately if a technician visit is required.
