How many people fit in the Medical 7 Plus?
The Medical 7 Plus fits 4-6 people. The interior is a 62 x 62 inch square with L-shaped bench seating wrapping around two walls. Four adults sit very comfortably. Five to six adults fit but with less personal space. You can also lay down inside for solo sessions.
What is the Executive Corner Unit Design?
The Executive Corner Unit is a square-shaped sauna layout exclusive to the Medical 7 Plus. Instead of the rectangular design used by all other models (which sit flat against a wall), the corner unit tucks into a room corner with a 66 x 66 inch footprint. What the Warranty Covers
The Medical Breakthrough series of massage chairs are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under typical residential use for a period of three (3) years from the date of receipt by the original end-user consumer.
This is a parts warranty. Replacement parts for covered defects are provided at no charge during the warranty period. Service and labor costs are not included and would be charged separately if a technician visit is required.

- Damage caused by misuse or negligence
- Damage from commercial or non-residential use
- Normal wear over time
- Damage caused during customer-arranged delivery or setup
- Service and labor costs — these are billed separately regardless of warranty status
Who This Warranty Applies To
This warranty applies to the original end-user consumer purchasing for personal, residential use. It is non-transferable. Chairs used in commercial environments — health clubs, clinics, spas, or any multi-user setting — are not covered under the residential warranty terms. - If a covered part needs replacing, we will coordinate the claim and delivery of the replacement part

The 3-year warranty covers the cost of replacement parts only. If a technician is needed to install parts or diagnose an issue on-site, those service and labor fees are billed separately and are not covered by the warranty.
