What the Warranty Covers
The Medical Breakthrough series of massage chairs are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under typical residential use for a period of three (3) years from the date of receipt by the original end-user consumer.
This is a parts warranty. Replacement parts for covered defects are provided at no charge during the warranty period. Service and labor costs are not included and would be charged separately if a technician visit is required.
What Is Not Covered
NOT COVERED:
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence
- Damage from commercial or non-residential use
- Normal wear over time
- Damage caused during customer-arranged delivery or setup
- Service and labor costs — these are billed separately regardless of warranty status
Who This Warranty Applies To
This warranty applies to the original end-user consumer purchasing for personal, residential use. It is non-transferable. Chairs used in commercial environments — health clubs, clinics, spas, or any multi-user setting — are not covered under the residential warranty terms. How to Make a Warranty Claim
If your Medical Breakthrough massage chair develops a defect covered under warranty, follow these steps:
- Call RecovAthlete at 866-861-6317 to report the issue
- Our team will gather details and diagnose the problem — many issues are resolvable without a parts replacement
- If a covered part needs replacing, we will coordinate the claim and delivery of the replacement part
- If a technician visit is required, we will advise on the service cost before any work is arranged
IMPORTANT: SERVICE COSTS
The 3-year warranty covers the cost of replacement parts only. If a technician is needed to install parts or diagnose an issue on-site, those service and labor fees are billed separately and are not covered by the warranty. We will always provide a cost estimate before any technician work is scheduled.
