Warranty Coverage

RecovAthlete provides an exclusive 3-year warranty that includes free replacement parts for any material or design defects when the chamber is used as intended.

If the issue cannot be resolved with replacement parts, Macy-Pan will replace the full chamber or its main component at no cost within the first 3 years of purchase.

Fault assessments are handled online—simply share photos or videos of the affected part, so there’s no need to ship items back to the factory.

After the first year, replacement parts are available at cost price plus shipping, and extended warranty options can be added at the time of purchase.
