Shipping and Delivery

Macy Pan Soft Hyperbaric Chambers are typically produced and prepared for shipping within 2-3 business days. Delivery to your front door via DHL usually takes 5-7 business days, making the overall estimated delivery time approximately 7-10 business days. Please note that these are estimated timeframes based on past orders, and exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control. RecovAthlete will provide your tracking information via email as soon as it becomes available so you can monitor your shipment.

Final Sale Policy

All orders for Macy Pan Soft Hyperbaric Chambers are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Please be aware that Macy Pan chambers are made-to-order, and cancellations are not possible once production begins.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Cancellations made before payment processing will receive a full refund.

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@recovathlete.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
