What are Affirm's rates?
Pay in 4 splits the purchase into four interest-free payments charged every two weeks. Monthly installments spread the cost over a longer term, with rates from 0% to 36% APR depending on your credit profile. You see the exact terms before you agree to anything. No origination fees, no prepayment penalty, no late fees.
Will applying hurt my credit score?
Prequalification does not. Affirm and Acorn Finance both run a soft check to show you offers, which has no impact on your score. Proceeding with a monthly installment plan or a business loan may involve a hard inquiry. That is why it pays to prequalify with more than one lender first and only proceed with the best offer.
Can I finance equipment for a business?
Yes, and for most business buyers it is the better route. Brickhouse funds up to $250,000 on a one-page application with no financial statements. Reliant approves in 2 to 4 hours. Business financing is usually tied to the business rather than your personal credit report, and financed equipment can qualify for a Section 179 deduction. Confirm the tax position with your accountant.
Should I finance each machine separately?
No. This is the most common and most expensive mistake. Separate applications mean separate hard inquiries, separate payments, and a worse rate on each, because every individual ticket is small. Get one quote from RecovAthlete covering everything you are buying, including freight, and put that single number on one application.
Does Section 179 apply to financed equipment?
Financed equipment can qualify. Section 179 lets US businesses deduct the cost of qualifying equipment in the year it is placed in service, and financing the purchase does not by itself disqualify it. The equipment must be in service, not merely ordered, within the tax year. Annual limits and eligibility rules are set by the IRS and change year to year, so consult your accountant.
Can freight and installation be financed?
Freight, yes. On Affirm it is part of the order total at checkout. On business financing, put freight on the RecovAthlete quote and the whole quote amount goes on the application. Installation and room construction are harder, because some equipment lenders will not fund non-equipment costs. Ask the lender before you sign.
Can I pay off early?
Yes. Affirm charges no prepayment penalties. Acorn Finance and most business lenders also allow early payoff without penalty.

Lagree Fitness runs a strict all-sales-final policy on machines and accessories.
Once an order is processed it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Change of mind, space constraints, and fit are not exceptions.
This is the number one surprise on a Lagree order.

Damaged on Arrival
You have 5 days from delivery to report it.
- Photograph the crate before you cut it open.
- Email support@recovathlete.com or call 866-861-6317.
- Send the order number plus photos and video.
- We submit the claim and follow it to close.
- On an approved claim, shipping is covered both ways.
- You repack the item if a return is requested.
- You install and assemble the replacement.
Claims are void where the damage came from handling, misuse, or unauthorized storage. Miss the 5-day window and the claim is closed.

Not without a commercial license from Lagree Fitness. Retail units are home use only. Tell us your use case and we will point you to the licensed path.

Will the driver bring it inside and set it up?

Lagree Fitness Warranty
One year from the day it is delivered.
Covers manufacturing defects only.
Repair or replacement is at the manufacturer's discretion.
The Condition Most Buyers Miss
Coverage applies only when the machine is used for Lagree Fitness Method training.
Run Pilates, CrossFit, or any other method on it and the warranty is void. Know that before you buy.
What Is Covered
- Defects present at manufacture.
- Frame, hardware, and factory-fitted components that fail from a production fault.
- Repair or replacement, decided by Maximum Fitness, Inc.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear: rips, tears, fraying, stains, rust, chipped paint, cracked plastic.
- Misuse, negligence, or damage you cause.
- Incorrect assembly or installation.
- Use for any method other than Lagree.
- Machines not authorized for use by Lagree Fitness.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Unauthorized storage.
- Accessories bought separately after the original order.
- Shipping damage. That runs through a separate claim. See below.
Shipping Damage Is Not a Warranty Claim
If the unit arrives damaged, that is a freight claim, not a warranty claim. Different process, tighter clock.

- Send your order number, the serial or model, and photos or video of the fault.
- We submit it to the manufacturer and stay on the file until it closes.
- The manufacturer reviews and decides repair or replacement.
- You handle assembly of any replacement part or unit.
Returns

Lagree Fitness does not accept returns or exchanges on machines or accessories.
Change of mind, space, and fit are not exceptions. The warranty covers defects. It is not a return window.

When does the year start?
The day the equipment is delivered to you, not the day you order it.
Are springs, straps, and upholstery covered?
Only if the failure traces to a manufacturing defect inside the first year. Wear items that rip, fray, stain, or crack through normal use are not covered.
I use my Micro for Pilates. Am I covered?
No. Coverage applies only to Lagree Fitness Method training. Using or modifying the machine for another method voids the warranty.
Are accessories covered?
Accessories included with the original order are. Accessories bought separately after that order are not.
It arrived with a bent rail. Warranty or shipping claim?
Shipping claim. Report it within 5 days of delivery with photos and video. Call 866-861-6317 and we will open it.
Does the warranty transfer if I sell the machine?
Coverage is tied to the original purchaser. Call us before you sell or buy secondhand so you know where you stand.
Can I get a refund instead of a repair?
No. The manufacturer decides between repair and replacement. Refunds are not part of the warranty.
