The Harvia Decorative Sauna Stones 2-4" / 44lbs is Harvia’s factory-spec sauna stone pack, 2-4 inch stone size, Harvia decorative stone (selected for visual finish). Sauna stones aren’t a commodity. The wrong stone type or size reduces löyly quality, causes premature cracking, and can damage heating elements in electric heaters.
Decorative stones go in the top layer of the stone space only, on Harvia heaters with exposed stone arrangements. Harvia requires them to be laid loosely so air still circulates, kept clear of the heating elements in an electric heater, and kept off the hot inner frame on a wood burner.

What’s the difference between 2-4" and 4-6" stones?
Stone size is set per heater series, not by fuel type. Harvia’s stone chart puts KIP, Cilindro, Club, TopClass, Vega and The Wall on 2-4 inch stones. Virta, Virta Combi, Virta Pro and every wood-burning series take 4-6 inch. Check your model before ordering.
Are these stones safe for electric heaters?
Yes, within Harvia’s rules for decorative stones. They go in the top layer of the stone space only, laid loosely for air circulation, and they must not touch the heating elements. Harvia’s warranty does not cover defects caused by decorative stones or by stones it has not recommended.
