    Description

Peak Pilates fit Reformer: Studio Height, Stacks Four High

Full classical and contemporary repertoire on a studio-height carriage, and when the session ends you stand it on its end against a wall. That is the trade the Peak Pilates fit Reformer makes. It is a powder-coated aluminum Pilates reformer for home training and small studios, with a five-spring system on a 97 in frame and a side-split standing platform that takes an optional jump board.

✓ RecovAthlete is an Authorized Peak Pilates® Gold Dealer. Every fit Reformer ships with the factory warranty and direct Peak Pilates support.

    What the fit Reformer Solves

A reformer that shares a room usually gets smaller to earn its place, and the carriage height is the first thing to go. Peak went the other way. The carriage stays at 16 in, and the storage problem is answered by stacking instead of shrinking. Four units nest together, or one goes vertical on its transport wheels, so you can put the room back to its other use.

Important: the fit Reformer cannot take a tower

Peak publishes a tower conversion for the MVe Reformer and none for the fit. If tower or half-Cadillac work is on your list now, or might be in two years, buy the MVe. Peak does not accept returns on reformers, so decide before the order goes in.

    Why buy this from RecovAthlete

    • We check your room against Peak's 121 in by 49 in training area before you order, not after.
    • Peak states the warranty "becomes effective upon the invoice date of the original purchase from an authorized Peak Pilates dealer only." We are a Gold Dealer, so yours is in force and Peak supports the unit directly.
    • White glove inside delivery is a paid add-on. Without it the crate stops at the curb, and the fit takes two people to move.
    • Multi-unit pricing for studios, financing through Affirm and three lenders, and a person on the phone at 866-861-6317, 9am to 6pm EST, Monday to Friday.

    Best for

    • Home buyers who also take classes and want the carriage height to match
    • Small studios putting two to four reformers in a room that also does mat work
    • Instructors in rented space, where the machine goes vertical between bookings
    • PT and rehab rooms that need it out of the way on non-Pilates days

    Not ideal for

    • Anyone wanting tower work on the same frame. Buy the MVe Reformer.
    • Users above the 300 lb maximum user weight
    • Rooms under 49 in of usable training width
    • Buyers set on a wood frame. That is the Artistry Reformer.

    The Numbers Behind It

Powder-coated aluminum, 97 in long by 25 in wide, carriage at 16 in. Peak calls the fit the only reformer in its class built at that studio height. Maximum user weight is 300 lb. Five springs ship as standard, one red heavy, two yellow medium, two blue light, so resistance gets called by color instead of guessed. The gear bar runs four positions, -1, 1, 2 and 3, one-handed. Built to EN 957-2 Class S, the European studio standard.

    Room, Assembly and Upkeep

Measure 121 in by 49 in, not the 97 in machine length. That is Peak's published training area, and the gap is clearance for the ropes and the standing platform past both ends of the frame. The manual also asks for three feet of clear floor in use. Assembly needs two people and the supplied 4 mm and 5 mm allen wrenches, since the frame is laid on its side to fit the legs. Peak asks for a full spring change once per year, sooner under studio load.

    Benefits and Features

How each feature of the Peak Pilates fit Reformer changes a session.
What you get The feature behind it
Four machines live where one used to. Four stacking bumpers on the upper unit rest on the rails of the unit below. Peak caps the stack at four for stability.
Change resistance without stopping to think. Five color-tagged springs: one red heavy, two yellow medium, two blue light.
Cue and assist without stooping. 16 in carriage height, which Peak calls studio height.
    Change carriage range one-handed, mid-flow. One-hand gear bar with four positions: -1, 1, 2 and 3.
Add jumping work later without a new machine. Side-split standing platform accepts the jump board, which ships in the Bundle configuration.
Roll it to the wall instead of carrying it. Integrated transport wheels on the foot end legs.
Client and instructor work off the same reference point. Alignment graphic for student and instructor.
Start training the week it lands. Two months of complimentary Pilates Project app access with every fit purchase.

    Who Buys the fit Reformer

    • The home buyer who already trains in a studio. Same carriage height, so the exercises transfer, and it is gone from the living room by dinner.
    • The studio owner with a shared room. Four reformers stacked in a corner turns a Pilates room back into a mat room.
    • The clinic adding reformer work. Studio height suits a therapist working alongside the client rather than crouching.

    Before you order

    Frequently Asked Questions

What is the weight limit on the Peak Pilates fit Reformer?

The owner's manual states a maximum user weight of 300 lb, or 136 kg, and asks that it is not exceeded.

How much room do I need for the fit Reformer?

121 in by 49 in, which is 10 ft 1 in by 4 ft 1 in. The machine is 97 in by 25 in, so the extra length is clearance for the ropes and the standing platform. The manual also asks for three feet of clear floor in use.

Can I add a tower to the fit Reformer later?

No. Peak publishes a tower conversion for the MVe Reformer and none for the fit. If you expect to want tower work, order the MVe rather than planning to upgrade.

Does the fit Reformer really stack four high?

Yes. The stacking bumpers on the leg assemblies take the load of the unit above, and Peak caps the stack at four for stability. Gear bar in position 3, at least the center spring hooked on, foot bar stored, one person at each end.

What configurations does the fit Reformer come in?

Two. Standard is the reformer with the long/short box and foot strap. Bundle adds the jump board and the padded platform extender. Upholstery is black on both.

Is the Peak Pilates fit Reformer sold at Costco?

We cannot speak for what any warehouse club stocks in a given week. What does not change is the warranty condition. Peak writes that cover "becomes effective upon the invoice date of the original purchase from an authorized Peak Pilates dealer only." Bought outside that channel, the two-year frame cover and one-year component cover are not in force and Peak is not obliged to supply warranty parts. RecovAthlete is an Authorized Peak Pilates Gold Dealer, so every fit we sell carries it.

Does the fit Reformer come with a jump board?

Not in Standard. It ships in the Bundle. The board is Peak part 4710-2412OA and the same one fits the fit, casa and MVe Reformers. It slides in with no knobs. To add it to a Standard unit later, call 866-861-6317.

Should I buy the Standard or the Bundle?

The machine is identical either way. Bundle adds the jump board and the padded platform extender, which open the jumping series and the standing and kneeling work. If you expect to want either, order the Bundle and take one delivery.

Are there reviews of the Peak Pilates fit Reformer?

Peak carries owner reviews on its own fit page, and ours sit below this description. For a first-hand read, call 866-861-6317 and we will tell you what our fit buyers reported back, including the ones it was wrong for.

How long does delivery take and how does it arrive?

Freight to the 48 contiguous states, crated. Lead times move with Peak's production schedule, so we confirm the window with the factory at order rather than publish a figure that goes stale. Curbside is the default. White glove inside delivery is a paid add-on. Call 866-861-6317 for either.

    Manual

Why This Is the One to Buy

The fit is the machine you buy when the room has another job. Carriage height matches the studio, so what you practise here transfers to a class and back. Five springs and a four-position gear bar cover a first supported roll-down through to loaded footwork. Then it goes vertical against the wall.

Not sure the training area fits, or weighing the fit against the MVe on the tower question? Call 866-861-6317, 9am to 6pm EST, Monday to Friday, or book a 30 minute consultation. We will say plainly if the other machine is the better buy.

Confirm 121 in by 49 in of training area. Two configurations, Standard and Bundle. The jump board and padded platform extender come with the Bundle, chosen at order, not retrofitted by us later. No tower path on this frame. Peak does not accept returns on reformers.

Two configurations, same machine. The Bundle adds two Peak accessories on the same pallet.

Financing for Recovery and Fitness Equipment

Buying for yourself, spread the cost through Affirm at checkout. Buying for a gym, clinic, spa, or studio, apply with one of four business lenders and put the whole room on a single application.

RecovAthlete has no control over any financing decision. Approval is based on your creditworthiness and is solely the lender's decision.

    Personal purchase

Affirm at checkout. Rates run 0% to 36% APR based on your credit profile. Soft check to prequalify, so no impact on your score. No prepayment penalty.

    Business purchase

Brickhouse Capital, Reliant Capital, Acorn Finance, or KWIPPED. Apply with two of the four and compare. Financed equipment can qualify for a Section 179 deduction. Confirm with your accountant.

    Financing by Equipment Category

Every page below has real prices, real monthly payment examples, and the lender comparison for that category. Pick the one you are buying.

    Building a Recovery Room?

Most business buyers are not buying one machine. They are building a room. Sauna, cold plunge, red light, vibration, hyperbaric, cryotherapy, and halotherapy all finance on the same paper through the same four lenders, and RecovAthlete quotes every category on one purchase order.

That means one freight schedule, one install window, and one financing application instead of six. It also gets you a better rate, because a bigger number on one application beats six small ones with six hard inquiries.

See commercial recovery equipment financing, or call 866-861-6317 and we will price the room.

Which Lender Should You Apply With?

Lender Type Amount Speed Best for
Affirm Consumer, at checkout Order total Seconds Personal purchases. 0% to 36% APR based on credit. Soft check to prequalify.
Brickhouse Capital Direct equipment lender Up to $250K on a one-page application, $1M+ with financials ~24 hours A full room or a full floor. Credit decisions made in-house. Tied to the business, not your personal credit report.
Reliant Capital Lender and broker Up to $500K application-only, $5M with financials 2 to 4 hours Medical, aesthetic, and wellness. Deferred payment options. New or used equipment.
Acorn Finance Lending marketplace $1,000 to $100,000 60 seconds to prequalify Comparing offers. One application goes to 30 or more lenders with no impact to your score.
KWIPPED (APPROVE) Lender marketplace Minimum $1,500 equipment value 60-second application Larger commercial orders. Lenders compete, which usually returns the best APR. Businesses only.

    Financing Questions

    What are Affirm's rates?

Pay in 4 splits the purchase into four interest-free payments charged every two weeks. Monthly installments spread the cost over a longer term, with rates from 0% to 36% APR depending on your credit profile. You see the exact terms before you agree to anything. No origination fees, no prepayment penalty, no late fees.

Will applying hurt my credit score?

Prequalification does not. Affirm and Acorn Finance both run a soft check to show you offers, which has no impact on your score. Proceeding with a monthly installment plan or a business loan may involve a hard inquiry. That is why it pays to prequalify with more than one lender first and only proceed with the best offer.

Can I finance equipment for a business?

Yes, and for most business buyers it is the better route. Brickhouse funds up to $250,000 on a one-page application with no financial statements. Reliant approves in 2 to 4 hours. Business financing is usually tied to the business rather than your personal credit report, and financed equipment can qualify for a Section 179 deduction. Confirm the tax position with your accountant.

Should I finance each machine separately?

No. This is the most common and most expensive mistake. Separate applications mean separate hard inquiries, separate payments, and a worse rate on each, because every individual ticket is small. Get one quote from RecovAthlete covering everything you are buying, including freight, and put that single number on one application.

Does Section 179 apply to financed equipment?

Financed equipment can qualify. Section 179 lets US businesses deduct the cost of qualifying equipment in the year it is placed in service, and financing the purchase does not by itself disqualify it. The equipment must be in service, not merely ordered, within the tax year. Annual limits and eligibility rules are set by the IRS and change year to year, so consult your accountant.

Can freight and installation be financed?

Freight, yes. On Affirm it is part of the order total at checkout. On business financing, put freight on the RecovAthlete quote and the whole quote amount goes on the application. Installation and room construction are harder, because some equipment lenders will not fund non-equipment costs. Ask the lender before you sign.

    Can I pay off early?

Yes. Affirm charges no prepayment penalties. Acorn Finance and most business lenders also allow early payoff without penalty.

    Not sure which option fits?

Tell us what you are buying and whether it is personal or for a business. We will point you at the right two lenders and quote freight and install as one number, which is also the number that goes on the application.

Confirm 121 in by 49 in of training area. Two configurations, Standard and Bundle. The jump board and padded platform extender come with the Bundle, chosen at order, not retrofitted by us later. No tower path on this frame. Peak does not accept returns on reformers.

Why This Is the One to Buy
