The first session happens the week the freight arrives, not a month later once the accessories turn up. That is what the Peak Pilates casa Reformer Bundle buys you. It is the casa Reformer, a studio-height Pilates reformer on extruded aluminum rails, with the long/short box, jump board, padded platform extender and twelve months of Pilates Project app access in one order. Nothing else to source, so you can train the week it lands.
✓ RecovAthlete is an Authorized Peak Pilates® Gold Dealer. Every casa Bundle ships with the factory warranty and direct Peak Pilates support.
Buying the reformer is the easy part. What stalls people is the month after: the jump board is a separate order, the extender another, the classes a subscription nobody set up. The Bundle puts all three on the same pallet.
Peak publishes identical footprints for the casa and the fit Reformer: 97 in by 25 in, a 121 in by 49 in training area, a 16 in carriage. If floor space is the problem, the casa is not the answer, because the fit stacks four high and stands on its end and Peak lists neither for the casa. The casa also caps at a 250 lb user against the fit's 300 lb, and Peak does not accept returns on reformers.
Peak Pilates' own walkthrough. Springs, gear bar and adjustments, before you decide or assemble anything.
Same machine, same footprint, same 250 lb limit. Three things change.
| Item | What it does |
|---|---|
| casa Reformer with long/short box | The machine. The long/short box sits on the carriage for seated and lying work that carriage-only exercises cannot reach. |
| casa Reformer jump board | Slides onto the standing platform pegs, no knobs. Adds a jumping series to a reformer session. 20.5 in by 17 in by 2.5 in, 13.3 lb. |
| casa Reformer padded platform extender | Widens the standing platform to 25 in by 14 in for standing splits, lunges and plank work. 3 lb. |
| 12 months of Pilates Project app access | Instructor-led reformer classes, structured plans and an on-demand library, renewed per year. The standalone casa ships with two months. |
Confirm 121 in by 49 in of training area and a 250 lb user limit. Assembly needs two people and is not included. The bundle is a fixed configuration, so the accessories cannot be dropped from it. Peak does not accept returns on reformers. Call 866-861-6317 to confirm stock and lead time before you plan a date.
| What you get | The feature behind it |
|---|---|
| Cardio and classical work in the same hour. | The jump board slides onto the standing platform pegs with no knobs, so the switch does not break the flow. |
| Stand and lunge on the machine, not just lie on it. | Padded platform extender, 25 in by 14 in, non-skid, designed to sit level with the carriage. |
| Progress a beginner to loaded work on the same frame. | Five springs: one red heavy, two yellow medium, two blue light. |
| Fit the carriage travel to the person, not the other way round. | Gear bar and gear block, four matched positions: -1, 1, 2 and 3. |
| Set rope length without leaving the carriage. | One-touch rope adjusters with cleats on both risers. |
| Know where to place hands and feet without being told twice. | Alignment and adjustment graphics printed on the machine. |
| Guided classes from week one. | Twelve months of Pilates Project app access included with the bundle. |
| A frame that resists tipping under load. | Anti-tip mechanism, listed in the casa parts glossary. |
Both casa configurations ship the same machine. Extruded aluminum rails with aluminum and wood end panels, 97 in long by 25 in wide, carriage at 16 in, which Peak calls studio height. Five springs ship as standard, one red heavy in the center, two yellow medium, two blue light outside, so resistance gets called by color instead of guessed. The gear bar runs four positions, -1, 1, 2 and 3, one-handed. Built to EN 957-2 Class S, the European studio standard.
Measure 121 in by 49 in, not the 97 in machine length. That is Peak's published training area, and the gap is clearance for the ropes and the standing platform past both ends. The manual also asks for three feet of clear floor in use. Assembly needs two people and the supplied 4 mm and 5 mm allen wrenches, since the frame is laid on its side to fit the legs. Moving it later is the same: two people, lifting under the end panels, never by the footbar. Peak asks for a full spring change once per year.

| Machine weight | 256 lb per Peak's current product page. The owner's manual separately lists 110 lb. We are confirming with Peak which figure applies to the current build. Call 866-861-6317 before you book a lift gate and we will give you the confirmed number. |
| Spring system | Five springs: 1 red heavy in the center, 2 yellow medium, 2 blue light on the outside |
| Gear bar and gear block | Four matched positions, marked -1, 1, 2 and 3, one-hand adjustment |
| Footbar | Four positions: high, mid, low and one storage position. The support bar hardware creates friction at the pivot for the self-locking feature. |
| Headrest | Three positions: flat, half raised, fully raised |
| Risers | Two fixed riser assemblies, bolted to the head end panel |
| Ropes and loops | Two rope assemblies with one-touch cleat adjusters, two double loop handles |

Not included: assembly, replacement springs, mats, props, and Peak's separately sold accessories. The non-slip pad above is the one packed with the reformer. Peak's current product page lists integrated transport wheels. The owner's manual predates that revision and instructs a two-person lift under the end panels. Call us and we will confirm which build yours ships as.
Bundles change what ships on the pallet, not the machine, so these rows compare the machines. Every figure is what Peak publishes.

| Stacking | Peak does not list stacking for the casa. The owner's manual has no stacking section at all. | Yes, up to 4 high. The manual says it stacks "without the removal of any parts" and caps the stack at 4 for stability. Two people, one at each end. | Yes, up to 4 high. Peak calls the nesting patent-pending and says it works "without removing parts or legs". Two people, one at each end. |

| App access included | 2 months of Pilates Project | 2 months of Pilates Project | None offered |
Four things: the casa Reformer with its long/short box, the jump board, the padded platform extender, and twelve months of Pilates Project app access. One freight order, SKU 20-035-BN.
The machine is the same. The Bundle adds the jump board and padded platform extender, and carries twelve months of app access where the standalone casa carries two. If you already own the accessories, order the casa Reformer on its own.
Peak publishes a training area of 121 in by 49 in, which is 10 ft 1 in by 4 ft 1 in. The machine is 97 in by 25 in, so the extra length is clearance for the ropes and the standing platform. The manual also asks for three feet of clear floor around the reformer while it is in use.
No. Peak publishes the same 97 in by 25 in machine, training area and carriage height for both. The fit is the one that stacks four high and stands on its end. If space decides it, look at the fit.
250 lb, or 113 kg. The manual is inconsistent, listing 250 lb on the spec page and 275 lb later. Peak's product page states 250 lb, so that is what we publish.
Peak strongly advises the casa is used by, or under the supervision of, a Peak Pilates certified instructor, and it is built to EN 957-2 Class S, which assumes supervised use. The twelve months of app access in this bundle is instructor-led programming, which is how most home buyers cover it.
Freight to the 48 contiguous states, crated, as one order. Assembly is not included and takes two people. Curbside is the default. White glove inside delivery is a paid add-on. Lead times move with Peak's schedule, so call 866-861-6317 for the current window.
Reformers do not go unused because they were the wrong machine. They go unused because the first month had more decisions in it than the buyer expected. The Bundle collapses those into one order. Five springs and a four-position gear bar take a beginner from a supported roll-down to loaded footwork.
Not sure the training area fits, or weighing this against the fit Reformer? Call 866-861-6317, 9am to 6pm EST, Monday to Friday, or book a 30 minute consultation. We will say plainly if the other machine is the better buy.

Buying for yourself, spread the cost through Affirm at checkout. Buying for a gym, clinic, spa, or studio, apply with one of four business lenders and put the whole room on a single application.
RecovAthlete has no control over any financing decision. Approval is based on your creditworthiness and is solely the lender's decision.
Affirm at checkout. Rates run 0% to 36% APR based on your credit profile. Soft check to prequalify, so no impact on your score. No prepayment penalty.
Brickhouse Capital, Reliant Capital, Acorn Finance, or KWIPPED. Apply with two of the four and compare. Financed equipment can qualify for a Section 179 deduction. Confirm with your accountant.
Every page below has real prices, real monthly payment examples, and the lender comparison for that category. Pick the one you are buying.
Most business buyers are not buying one machine. They are building a room. Sauna, cold plunge, red light, vibration, hyperbaric, cryotherapy, and halotherapy all finance on the same paper through the same four lenders, and RecovAthlete quotes every category on one purchase order.
That means one freight schedule, one install window, and one financing application instead of six. It also gets you a better rate, because a bigger number on one application beats six small ones with six hard inquiries.
See commercial recovery equipment financing, or call 866-861-6317 and we will price the room.
| Lender | Type | Amount | Speed | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Affirm | Consumer, at checkout | Order total | Seconds | Personal purchases. 0% to 36% APR based on credit. Soft check to prequalify. |
| Brickhouse Capital | Direct equipment lender | Up to $250K on a one-page application, $1M+ with financials | ~24 hours | A full room or a full floor. Credit decisions made in-house. Tied to the business, not your personal credit report. |
| Reliant Capital | Lender and broker | Up to $500K application-only, $5M with financials | 2 to 4 hours | Medical, aesthetic, and wellness. Deferred payment options. New or used equipment. |
| Acorn Finance | Lending marketplace | $1,000 to $100,000 | 60 seconds to prequalify | Comparing offers. One application goes to 30 or more lenders with no impact to your score. |
| KWIPPED (APPROVE) | Lender marketplace | Minimum $1,500 equipment value | 60-second application | Larger commercial orders. Lenders compete, which usually returns the best APR. Businesses only. |
Apply with two of the four and compare. It costs nothing and the spread between offers is often significant.

Apply with Reliant Capital

For KWIPPED, call 866-861-6317 or email info@recovathlete.com and we will build the application around your order.
Pay in 4 splits the purchase into four interest-free payments charged every two weeks. Monthly installments spread the cost over a longer term, with rates from 0% to 36% APR depending on your credit profile. You see the exact terms before you agree to anything. No origination fees, no prepayment penalty, no late fees.
Prequalification does not. Affirm and Acorn Finance both run a soft check to show you offers, which has no impact on your score. Proceeding with a monthly installment plan or a business loan may involve a hard inquiry. That is why it pays to prequalify with more than one lender first and only proceed with the best offer.
Yes, and for most business buyers it is the better route. Brickhouse funds up to $250,000 on a one-page application with no financial statements. Reliant approves in 2 to 4 hours. Business financing is usually tied to the business rather than your personal credit report, and financed equipment can qualify for a Section 179 deduction. Confirm the tax position with your accountant.
No. This is the most common and most expensive mistake. Separate applications mean separate hard inquiries, separate payments, and a worse rate on each, because every individual ticket is small. Get one quote from RecovAthlete covering everything you are buying, including freight, and put that single number on one application.
Financed equipment can qualify. Section 179 lets US businesses deduct the cost of qualifying equipment in the year it is placed in service, and financing the purchase does not by itself disqualify it. The equipment must be in service, not merely ordered, within the tax year. Annual limits and eligibility rules are set by the IRS and change year to year, so consult your accountant.
Freight, yes. On Affirm it is part of the order total at checkout. On business financing, put freight on the RecovAthlete quote and the whole quote amount goes on the application. Installation and room construction are harder, because some equipment lenders will not fund non-equipment costs. Ask the lender before you sign.
Yes. Affirm charges no prepayment penalties. Acorn Finance and most business lenders also allow early payoff without penalty.
Tell us what you are buying and whether it is personal or for a business. We will point you at the right two lenders and quote freight and install as one number, which is also the number that goes on the application.

| Stability | Anti-tip mechanism |
| Long/short box | 9.5 in H by 16 in W by 27.5 in L / 24 cm by 41 cm by 70 cm |
Not included: assembly, replacement springs, mats, props, and Peak's separately sold accessories. The non-slip pad above is the one packed with the reformer. Peak's current product page lists integrated transport wheels. The owner's manual predates that revision and instructs a two-person lift under the end panels.
