A Lagree Megaformer is a fitness machine developed by Sebastien Lagree for the Lagree Method: slow-tempo, high-intensity, low-impact training. Unlike a traditional Pilates reformer, the Megaformer uses an 8-spring central resistance system, a longer carriage track, and a platform designed for multiple simultaneous muscle groups. It is the machine used in Lagree-licensed studios worldwide.

Can I use a Lagree Megaformer at home?
Yes. The compact Lagree Mini Pro and Microformer are designed specifically for home use, small enough for a spare room while using the same spring resistance system as full-size studio machines. What is the difference between a Lagree Megaformer and a Pilates reformer?
The Lagree Megaformer is purpose-built for the Lagree Method: slow-tempo, high-intensity, low-impact training with an 8-spring system and longer carriage. A traditional Pilates reformer uses a 4 or 5-spring system with a narrower carriage, designed for classical Pilates programming and rehabilitation.
