A new member walks up, sets the rails low, and holds a real plank for the first time. Ten minutes later a trained athlete raises the rails and struggles on the same machine. The Total Gym ELEVATE Core ADJ is that machine: an inclined plank station with 7 levels and a 400 lb user rating.

It is the ELEVATE core machine in the Total Gym commercial fitness equipment line, built for clinics, studios and commercial gyms. It needs 12 square feet of floor plus clear space on each side.

How to Adjust the ELEVATE Core Machine

Resistance on the ELEVATE Core ADJ comes from the rail angle. Higher rails load more of your body weight. To add resistance, raise the rails to the level you want. To reduce it:

Lift the rails slightly.
Push the incline release lever down.
Lower the rails to the level you want.

There is no weight stack to load, so members change the level themselves between sets.
