Total Gym ELEVATE Circuit: Five Bodyweight Stations in One Order

What the Circuit Fixes on a Gym Floor

• Members who skip the weight room? Every station carries an illustrated exercise placard with a QR code to Total Gym's exercise videos.
• Groups waiting on one machine? Five stations train five patterns: row, core, jump, press and pull. A class rotates through all of them.
• Beginners next to athletes? Every station has seven incline levels. The Press runs 15 to 50% of bodyweight; the Jump runs 50 to 80%.
• Pull-ups out of reach? The Pull-Up lets a member lift 30 to 60% of their bodyweight, set by incline level.

Who the ELEVATE Circuit Suits

Total Gym builds the ELEVATE line for commercial functional strength training. The Circuit works three ways: a self-serve strength circuit, a tool for personal training, or the base of a group program. It fits gyms, studios, PT clinics and team facilities with about 200 square feet to give it.

How a Total Gym ELEVATE Circuit Session Runs

Total Gym's circuit card runs six rounds. Each round sends a member once through all five stations.

Round 1, for example, is a kneeling scrunch on the Core ADJ, a shoulder press on the Press, a squat on the Jump, an overhand pull-up and a low overhand row. To change the load, members raise the rails to add resistance and lower them to reduce it.
