Our Return Policy

• Standard Returns: Unused items in new condition can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Please note, restocking and shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. All items must include original packaging. Used or damaged items may be ineligible for a refund or exchange.

• Return Exceptions: Final Sale items, made-to-order items, and closeout items are non-returnable. Returns without complete items or original packaging may be denied a refund or exchange.

• Return Process: Allow 5-8 business days for the processing of returns or exchanges once the original item(s) are received. Refunds typically revert to the original payment method used for the purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately.

Cancellation Policy

• Stocked Items: Orders for stocked items can be canceled any time before shipment.
• Made-to-Order Items: Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of order placement.
