How does the SPX Max Plus package compare to the V2 Max or V2 Max Plus packages?

The SPX Max Plus is the stackable option — low-profile 22 in frame, removable Vertical Frames, and the ability to reclaim floor space between classes. The V2 Max package runs a taller 16 in carriage height better suited for larger body sizes and rehab populations. The V2 Max Plus package includes Vertical Frames plus extended platform on a standard-height frame — non-stackable. Choose SPX Max Plus if multi-use floor space is a requirement.

Can the reformers actually be stacked with the Vertical Frames attached?

No. Stacking requires removing the Vertical Frames first. The frames detach and the low-profile reformers stack. Call 866-861-6317 to confirm the storage configuration for your specific space before ordering.

What does "80% of Cadillac exercises" mean in practice?

The Vertical Frame on each SPX Max Plus provides push-through bar, roll-down bar, arm spring, and leg spring work via traveling pulleys — covering the majority of the standard Cadillac repertoire. The remaining exercises that require the full trapeze table setup are covered by the standalone Cadillac included in this package.

What ceiling height do I need?

Claire from RecovAthlete has been great to work with after Purchasing my Bodysolid Fusion 600 with Multihip and leg press. The machine is extremely versatile and goes up to 310 lb stack which of this type of multi machine is the heaviest on the market. I would give the machine itself 4 stars. It definitely could use a refresh in the design to allow more cable tensioning options as the cables loosen through use and rather than using stickers on areas of contact and wear I wish there was a better longer lasting option. Also the cable arms could use reinforcement to handle the heavier loads. And the multi hip would work better on a 1 to 1 cable ratio. But overall it is the most versatile and it does all of the movements with a lot of adjustability which is what I needed for my compact space in my home gym. I am 6 foot 1 and my wife is 5 foot 3 and it works well for both of us.
