Luraco i9 Max Plus Royal Edition: the i9 Max Plus in solid and plated 18K gold
The Luraco i9 Max Plus Royal Edition is the top of the i9 Max Plus range, a full-body medical massage chair built in Arlington, Texas. Two 3D roller engines work the neck, shoulders and upper back at the same time as the lower back, glutes and hamstrings, while 100 air cells compress the arms, hips, calves and feet. Sixteen motors drive a powered stretch through the arms, legs and lower back that air-only chairs cannot reproduce.
Compared with the Billionaire Edition, what separates the Royal Edition is material, not massage performance. A solid 18K gold block name plate engraved with your name, plus 18K gold plating on the remote cover, the armrest and footrest trims, and the 3D robot arms themselves.
Designed for users who want regular full-body massage, post-training recovery and relief from everyday muscular tension. The recommended range of 4 ft 10 in to 6 ft 10 in and a 300 lb limit also make it suitable for unusually tall users. It needs a 28 inch doorway to get in, 36 inches of clearance in front once placed, and a standard 110V outlet.

Measure before you order
Minimum doorway width is 28 inches. The chair arrives on a 71 x 34 x 70 inch pallet weighing 410 lb, in one box. Measure your narrowest doorway, any stairwell turn, and the elevator if there is one. Once placed, Luraco specifies 36 inches of clearance in front, 24 inches behind the backrest, and 18 inches from the wall to the closest armrest.
Which premium i9 Max Plus edition
Read this before anything else on the page. All three premium editions run identical massage hardware. Two 3D Butterfly roller engines, 16 motors, the Split L-Track, 100 air cells and the same 9 programs. Nothing about the massage changes as you move up. What changes is personalization and material.

Being direct about this, because a buyer at this level deserves it. The Royal Edition is not a performance upgrade over the Billionaire Edition. Massage hardware and software are the same on both. The Royal is the materials edition: it adds a solid 18K gold engraved name plate plus three 18K gold plated components, and it is the only chair in the range that carries them. If that is what you are buying, this is the chair. If it is not, the Billionaire Edition gives you an identical massage for less.
The Standard Edition sits below all three and uses a different configuration, one 3D roller engine and 12 motors, so it is not directly comparable on the table above.

The chair ships on a single pallet direct from the Arlington factory. Engraving and personalization are applied during the build, so your name and photo need confirming at order. Standard i9 Max Plus orders typically ship within 7 to 10 days. Because the Royal Edition includes engraving and gold components, confirm the current Royal production window with us before ordering. You get tracking by email and a call to schedule a delivery day that works for you. In-home delivery and full setup is available as a paid add-on.

What does the Royal Edition add over the Billionaire Edition?
Four 18K gold items and nothing else. A solid gold block name plate engraved with your name, a gold plated remote cover, gold plated trims on the armrest and footrest, and gold plated 3D robot arms. The massage hardware is identical: same two roller engines, same 16 motors, same Split L-Track, same 100 air cells, same 9 programs, same warranty. If you want a better massage rather than gold, the Billionaire Edition is the same chair.
Is the gold real, or is it all plating?
The name plate is a solid 18K gold block. The remote cover, the armrest and footrest trims and the robot arms are 18K gold plated. Luraco documents them separately and so do we.
Will it fit through my door, and how much room does it need?

It means Luraco has filed with the FDA as a device manufacturer. It is not FDA approval, FDA clearance, or a finding that the chair treats any condition. The chair is also UL listed and CE listed for electrical safety. If your facility needs specific documentation, call us and we will get it from Luraco.
Who services it if something goes wrong?
Luraco manufactures in Arlington, Texas and services directly from the factory. Residential warranty covers 5 years parts, 3 years in-home labor and 10 years on the leather. Commercial placement carries 1 year parts, 6 months service and 1 year leather. In-home labor applies across the 48 continental states.
How long until it arrives?
Standard i9 Max Plus orders typically ship within 7 to 10 days from the Arlington factory. The Royal Edition adds engraving and gold components to the build, so the production window can differ. What is covered in this Warranty?
1) For Home Use:
• This warranty includes parts and in-home labor costs covered for the first 3 years at no cost to the customer.
• This warranty includes additional 2 years for parts at no cost to the customer.
• This warranty may require the cooperation of the chair’s owner for some over-the-phone troubleshooting.
2) For Commercial Use:
• This warranty includes parts and labor costs covered for the first 6 months at no cost to the customer.
• This warranty includes additional 6 months for parts at no cost to the customer.
• This warranty may require the cooperation of the chair’s owner for some over-the-phone troubleshooting.
* Does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international sales.
What is NOT covered in this Warranty?
• This warranty does not cover any loss or damage resulting from improper installation, alterations, or modifications of original condition or unauthorized repairs.
• This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use of electrical/power supply, electrical disturbances, power surges, cracked remote control screens, cosmetic changes, improper operating environment, or damage caused by animals or liquids of any kind.
• This warranty does not include any shipping expenses incurred.
• This warranty does not apply to normal wear-and-tear including leather or fabric coverings.
• This warranty does not cover damages from floods, storms, fires, or other natural disasters.
• The warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged physically, whether intentionally, accidentally, or by neglect: including but not limited to stains, fluids, mold, water damage, pet or insect damage, cuts, burns, loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility, or otherwise awaiting parts or repair; and products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
• Unnecessary service: If no problem is found by the service technician, you may be charged for service calls, labor, and travel costs.
• Display models that have been on the showroom floor for more than twelve (12) months are not covered under this limited warranty.
• Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser at the original location. If moving, please contact Luraco at 817-633-1080 before you move for more details.
Implied Warranty
• Any implied warranties shall be limited to the duration of the 3-year portion of this warranty for home use and the 6-month portion of this warranty for commercial use. With regard to the structural frame, it is limited to the duration of the 5-year portion of this warranty for home use, and the 1-year portion of this warranty for commercial use.
• In no case will Luraco be liable for incidental or consequential damages, whether such damages are claimed on basis of breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, or strict/product liability, including without limitation, damage to property (other than the product) or other economic losses.
• Luraco shall not be liable for any personal injury, property, or any incidental or consequential damages of any kind resulting from malfunctions, defects, misuse, improper installation, or alteration of this product.
Extended Warranty Plan
Luraco’s massage chairs come with a high expectation of performance and reliability and should last for many years. However, all products have a defective rate. If something does go wrong, Luraco offers a purchased Extended Warranty Plan. The Extended Warranty Plan provides home-use customers with additional 2 years of comprehensive protection for Luraco’s massage chairs. You can rest assured that your massage chair will be taken care of as soon as possible.
Note: The Extended Warranty plan must be purchased within ninety (90) days of the original chair purchase.
Also, the Extended warranty plan is available for in-home use applications only. Luraco does not offer this plan for commercial use.
How to get the warranty service?

Extended Warranty Registration
Your purchase already comes with a comprehensive 3-Year Warranty. However, you can still protect your investment with an additional 2-Year Extended Warranty, which can be purchased by calling 1-800-483-9930. You may also fill out the enclosed warranty registration card and mail it with payment and a copy of your receipt to Luraco Health &Beauty, LLC., Warranty Dept., 1140 107th Street, Arlington, Texas 76011-USA. If you have already purchased your 2-Year Extended Warranty, please register your extended warranty purchase by mailing in the warranty registration card.
