Warranty for Tiki Bars: Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. provides a five-year warranty for our Tiki Bars, covering material and workmanship defects under normal residential use from the date of purchase by the original consumer. This warranty excludes natural weather impacts, regular wear and tear, and maintenance requirements detailed in the assembly manual. Misuse, negligence, and any resulting injuries or damages are not covered under this warranty. Note that this is a parts-only warranty; labor and service costs are not included.

Natural Palm Thatch Warranty: The Natural Palm Thatch comes with a one-year warranty.

Canadian Timber Collection & Dundalk Units: Our Canadian Timber Collection saunas come with a three-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. This excludes regular wear and tear, weather effects, and maintenance tasks such as tightening bands and cleaning, as outlined in the sauna assembly manual. The warranty does not cover misuse, negligence, and any related injuries or damages. This is a parts-only warranty, not covering labor and service costs.

Order Changes & Returns Policy:

Order Cancellation:

• Orders can be cancelled without penalty within 14 days of placing the order.
• A $65 cancellation fee applies after 14 days.
• Orders cannot be cancelled within 7 days of the shipping date.
• For Canadian Timber Collection products, there is a 24-hour cancellation window with a $65 fee.

Order Changes:

• Changes can be made without penalty within 14 days of order placement.
• A $65 fee applies for changes made after 14 days.
• No changes allowed within 7 days of the ship date.
• A $250 fee for address changes after the product has shipped.
• For Canadian Timber Collection products, a 24-hour window for changes is allowed with a $65 fee.

Returns:

• If a return is necessary:
  • Customer covers the 3% payment processor fees
  • Customer covers shipping costs to the factory.

  • Returns must be in original packaging and condition.
  • Leisurecraft will inspect and determine the refund amount.

• If the crate arrives damaged, accept it, document the damage, note it on the Bill of Lading, and contact us immediately.
• Refusal of delivery incurs a 15% restocking fee and all rerouting costs.
