Is the heater included with the Luna?+
No. The CTC22LU ships as the sauna structure only. A 6–8kW electric heater is required separately. Call 866-861-6317 and we'll quote a complete Luna + heater package.
What makes the EPDM roof better than shingle?+
EPDM is a fully waterproof rubber membrane — no gaps, no individual shingles to lift or crack. It's used in commercial flat-roof construction for its durability and weather resistance. Combined with the stainless steel water barrier behind the cedar siding, the Luna's roof system is the most weather-protected in the Leisurecraft line.
How does the Luna compare to the MiniPOD?+
Both are 7ft x 7ft 4-person saunas. The MiniPOD (CTC77MW) has a distinctive pod shape with black asphalt shingles and side-wall benches designed for lying flat. The Luna has a clean cube shape with rounded corners, a premium EPDM roof, and back-wall benches with backrests. MiniPOD = striking and dramatic. Luna = refined and contemporary. Both are outstanding outdoor saunas.
Does the Luna come with a window?+
The large tempered glass door functions as the primary window — it floods the cedar interior with natural light and makes the space feel open. The door is full-height, so the light effect is substantial.
Is this suitable for year-round use in snowy climates?+
Yes. The EPDM roof handles flat-surface snow load and water drainage well. The Eastern White Cedar construction is rated for outdoor use in cold climates. Annual cedar maintenance (oil or stain on exterior bevel siding) is recommended to maintain weather performance.

Delivery Process
- Inspect the cartons and pallet for visible damage before you sign.
- Note any damage on the freight paperwork before signing. If the damage is severe, do not accept the delivery.
- Call (866) 861-6317 right away. We handle freight damage claims directly with the carrier.
- Keep every carton and all packing materials. You need them for a return.
Transit damage is not a warranty claim. It goes through the carrier claim process. The Total Gym warranty covers manufacturing defects found after delivery.
Responsibility & Extra Charges
- Customer: Plan where the pallet will be received and how it reaches your install space. Measure your door, hallway, and floor space before the unit ships.
- Customer: Return shipping, if you return the unit, is your cost. Freight returns can be expensive.
Coverage
- Frame: 5 years.
- Parts and upholstery: 1 year.
- Foam and rubber: 90 days.
- Total Gym Commercial warrants new products against defective workmanship and materials under normal and proper use. Total Gym decides whether to repair or replace.
- Coverage starts once the product is paid for in full. On financed purchases, it starts when the financing is closed and payment to Total Gym Commercial is complete.
Not Covered
- Abnormal wear and tear, improper use, improper maintenance, or improper storage.
- Corrosion from perspiration. Wipe the unit down after each session and check rails, hardware, and exposed metal each quarter.
- Damage from circuits that are not properly rated, grounded, and dedicated. Motorized units, including the RS Power Tower, need a proper circuit.
- Alterations by the buyer or a third party.
- Repairs made without Total Gym's prior written approval.
- Downtime, lost revenue, and installation costs. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties and liabilities, including consequential damages.
How to File a Claim
- Take clear photos of the issue. Note the model, the serial number on the frame, and the purchase date.
- Call Total Gym Customer Service at 1-800-501-4621. Start no repair work before this call.
- Send proof of purchase. Your RecovAthlete order confirmation works. If you cannot find it, email info@recovathlete.com.
- Get written authorization before any repair.
- If Total Gym does not respond, call RecovAthlete at (866) 861-6317. As your authorized dealer, we will escalate for you.
Outside the US, warranty terms may vary. Contact your local authorized Total Gym distributor.
30-Day Trial
- The 30 days start the day the product arrives, confirmed by carrier tracking. They do not start on the order date or ship date.
- Keeping the product past day 30 counts as acceptance. Any remaining balance becomes due.
Conditions for a Return
- Call (866) 861-6317 or email info@recovathlete.com to get an RMA number before you ship anything back. RMAs are issued at our discretion.
- Return the product in its original cartons with all packing materials.
- If you are returning for a defect, include a written description of the defect.
- Return shipping is your cost.
- A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply, at our discretion. The same applies to order cancellations.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions are sent back to you, transportation collect.
Refunds
- On a valid return, you get a refund of your initial payment and sales tax, less any restocking fee.
- Outbound shipping, return shipping, and indirect costs such as labor, installation, and removal are not refunded.
- The refund goes to your original payment method. On financed purchases, we work with the financing partner to close out the financing.
