12-month manufacturer warranty from date of purchase. Defects revealed during the warranty period are confirmed by a Reclamation Report including written description of the technical problem (in English) plus photos and videos as appropriate. Components conforming to warranty terms are replaced free of charge. Components not conforming require the customer to pay for replacement.
Exclusions: Unqualified or unauthorized repairs, mechanical damage to fabric or outer shell, modifications to design or circuit without Cryomed approval, defects caused by foreign objects or liquids, failure to follow operation manual, force majeure damage, and valve malfunctions if a non-Cryomed-approved cryogenic hose is used.

Is the device safe for the operator and client?
Yes when used per protocol. Operators wear cryo gloves. The nitrogen vapor is directed at the treatment zone, not at internal cavities. Proper ventilation is required to manage nitrogen vapor accumulation in small treatment rooms.
What is the difference between cryotherapy modalities?
