To ensure a successful return, the item must be in its original condition, including all packaging, manuals, accessories, and the original crate. Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we'll process your refund within 3 business days.
Please note that items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, including shrink wrap, tape, and foam. If the returned item is damaged due to inadequate packaging, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.

Return Policy
If you've purchased an item from sunraysaunas.com, you're eligible to return it within 30 days from the date it was shipped from our warehouse, provided it remains brand new and uninstalled. To ensure a successful return, the item must be in its original condition, including all packaging, manuals, accessories, and the original crate. Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we'll process your refund within 3 business days.
Please note that items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, including shrink wrap, tape, and foam. If the returned item is damaged due to inadequate packaging, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, both original and return, even if the original shipping was free.
