    Return Policy

    If you've purchased an item from sunraysaunas.com, you're eligible to return it within 30 days from the date it was shipped from our warehouse, provided it remains brand new and uninstalled. To ensure a successful return, the item must be in its original condition, including all packaging, manuals, accessories, and the original crate. Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we'll process your refund within 3 business days.

    Please note that items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, including shrink wrap, tape, and foam. If the returned item is damaged due to inadequate packaging, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.

    The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, both original and return, even if the original shipping was free. After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will issue a refund to your credit card for the item's purchase price, minus the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and a 15% restocking fee.

    Defective Products Policy

    Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items immediately. You have 30 days from the delivery date to report any broken or defective items. If you discover a defect or damage, contact us at 1.800.976.5530. We will replace or repair defective or broken items at no charge upon receiving notification.     Cancellation Policy

    Orders can be canceled within 48 hours provided they haven't been shipped yet. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. If you cancel an order after it's been shipped, you will be responsible for original and return shipping charges, plus any re-consignment fees from the trucking company.

The buyer is fully accountable for the correct usage, functioning, and installation of the product, which is designated solely for residential use.

The machine is extremely versatile and goes up to 310 lb stack which of this type of multi machine is the heaviest on the market. I would give the machine itself 4 stars. It definitely could use a refresh in the design to allow more cable tensioning options as the cables loosen through use and rather than using stickers on areas of contact and wear I wish there was a better longer lasting option. Also the cable arms could use reinforcement to handle the heavier loads. And the multi hip would work better on a 1 to 1 cable ratio. But overall it is the most versatile and it does all of the movements with a lot of adjustability which is what I needed for my compact space in my home gym. I am 6 foot 1 and my wife is 5 foot 3 and it works well for both of us.
